Good exposure to lots of people from different states.
Placements: So the thing is that I don't know much about the placements. I am a first-year student and it is just been six months. I came here but I have heard that some people got good placements like a guy from the ECE course got a package of 52 LPA, and I think it is very good.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are so good. They are so spacious and the ventilation is also so good. Wi-Fi connection is also not bad but it gets disconnected sometimes.
Faculty: I feel the course curriculum is so good, we get a lot of exposure. Faculty members are also so friendly. They teach us whatever doubt we have even if it is a small doubt.
Other: There are many tech-related fests. Hackathons are also connected and we have several platforms to learn. We also have some public speaking platforms and it is helpful for students for their future.

Overall a good college with all facilities and with a good placement and internship chance.
Placements: Good placements, many of the people in 4th year got internships. Some people are also getting offers of around 15-20 LPA, which is good for a new college. Blackrock and some other top companies came for campus in this and also hired some students for internships.
Infrastructure: New updated course and infrastructure are top quality, being a new college and of Manipal. Wi-Fi is spread all over the campus, and you would receive good enough speed to get your work done. Hostels are good, room cleaning is done every 2-3 days. Mess food is better than most colleges in India. Manipal has its own hospital, so medical facilities are great. All the sports facilities are available; outdoor ones are free, for indoor you have to take a subscription, costing 24,000 yearly. This includes pool, air hockey, gym, foosball, indoor tennis, badminton, basketball, football, etc.
Faculty: Helpful and good teachers. You would really need to attend classes to score well. Course curriculum is new and better than the outdated one. Project clubs and extra activities are always there. Semester exams are easy if you just study 1 hour daily. The score goes a little higher because of the good quality of students.

Fee is high - but worth it!
Placements: MIT is a new institution and this is the first batch (2025). Until now 5-6 students are placed with packages like 35 LPA and the other students are yet to be placed but the college strives to get good companies to the college. The internships for the next batch have started and are provided by the college and the highest stipend was 1 Lakh for the internship. They offer various roles like software engineer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The rooms of the hostel look nothing less than a 3-star hotel. Every day room cleaners come and clean the room. The college infrastructure is so well built and maintained and some other blocks are yet to be constructed. The menu is good and we have opportunities to participate in sports events. There is a sick bay and the doctors there are well-qualified enough. WiFi is available for 24 hours with good speed.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and try to motivate you on things other than college (like journal papers). The course curriculum is up to date with current skill requirements. Semester exams are well balanced with toughness and easiness. The pass percentage is around 90%.
Other: I chose cybersecurity because of the skill requirements for future job opportunities. I wish the course would be a little more hands-on and practical than just theory. Events and Fests are amazingly organised but the crowd here gets bored if it's not something exciting.

Off campus of Mahe Manipal.
Placements: The first batch of MIT Bengaluru is sitting for placements this year. Many reputed companies are visiting our campus for the placement drive. Few students have grabbed internships already and they have the option to convert them into PPOs. The exact details will be available by Dec 2025, as the drive is still going on.
Infrastructure: Our college has one of the best infrastructures in India. Classrooms are spacious and well equipped. We have mostly three sharing rooms in the hostel. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a separate block for double-sharing rooms with an AC option. The mess food is good and hygienic.
Faculty: Faculty at Manipal Institute of Technology Bengaluru is well experienced. They have good knowledge about their topic. They also help students in publishing papers. The curriculum is very relevant. It makes the student industry ready. The semester exams are easy and one can easily score good marks.

Life at MIT Bengaluru campus.
Placements: The college provides good placement opportunities. Many companies are coming to our college to offer placements. The first batch is yet to be placed as our campus is new. Students are sitting for placement drives and grabbing good internships, which will get converted to PPO later.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are very big and spacious. The housekeeping staff makes sure that the classrooms are well maintained. The Wi-Fi is stable with a speed of 15 mbps. The mess provides hygienic food. The taste is average, but there are variations in the food. For sports, we have Marena.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified. Almost all of them hold a PhD degree. They are very friendly, and they help students in writing and publishing research papers. The course curriculum is very relevant to the current industry trend. The semester exam is easier to score.
