Admission to all the courses offered by Miranda House is entrance-based. While Miranda House accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, such as BA, BSc and BCom, admission to all the PG courses will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. However, the university still accepts ECA quota admissions. While there is no information on direct admissions, students are advised to reach out to the admission office of Miranda House for any details on direct admissions.

No, Miranda House admission to all the courses, i.e., undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, is entrance-based. In 2022, Miranda House (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Miranda House admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Miranda House + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Miranda House will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Miranda House accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat.

Miranda House College has an auditorium, cafeteria, dance room, girls' hostel, gym, hospital / medical facilities, hostel, lab, library, music room, sports complex, and wi-fi campus. Miranda House Delhi also provides various other facilities to students. The students' life at Miranda House New Delhi is quite good. 

Miranda House offers a variety of BSc courses in both regular and honors degree. Botany,  Life Science, Physical Science (Computer Science), B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics, B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry, B.Sc. (Hons.) in Zoology, B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics, etc. are few of the specialisations offered under BSc course at Miranda House.

DU CSAS portal 2025 is now active at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. University of Delhi launched CSAS portal 2025 on June 17, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the CUET 2025 exam can register at DU CSAS 2025 portal. Candidates will be required to enter the college and course preference and pay the DU CSAS registration 2025 fee to participate in the admission process. On the basis of the choices entered and CUET 2025 percentile, candidates will be alloted college and course. CUET 2025 result will be declared in last week of June 2025 at cuet.nta.nic.in.

Looking at the facts given above, one can say that Miranda House DU is better than many of DU colleges. 

National Testing Agency will commence CUET 2026 registration in first week of March. Soon after the release of the CUET notification candidates candidates can check the important dates pertaining to CUET 2026. The last date for CUET 2026 registration will be notiifed aling with the last date for payment of fee. 

Candidats will be required to fill the CUET application form within the given time frame, failing which no request for extension of the CUET registration last date will be entertained. NTA does not provide the window for late fee payment. CUET 2026 application process will be in online mode. No physical copies of the CUET application form must be sent to the authorities.
