The NIT Delhi GATE CCMT Cutoff has been released for Round 1. The most competitive course was M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. The Cutoff for M.Tech in CSE closed at 680 for the General AI category candidates. The least competitive course for the General AI category candidates was M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM), with the closing Cutoff score of 396.

NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree with the mentoined marks. Candidate should secure 6.5 CGPA (on a 10- point scale) or 60% for GEN-EWS, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of PwD candidates. The mentioned CGPA/Percentage should be awarded by a recognized University/Institute. In case, the result of qualifying degree is awaited, provisional admission is permitted.

- CounsellingAdmission is through centralized counseling conducted by CCMT based on the score obtained in GATE. Admission to a sponsored candidate is made based on marks obtained in oral/ written examination etc. conducted by the institute. Admission for Foreign Nationals/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs)/ Non- Resident Indians (NRIs) is made under Direct Admission of Students Abroad (DASA) scheme based on the score obtained in GRE.
