The NIT Surathkal counselling 2022 process has been concluded after the release of Round 3 on the official website of DASA. For the upcoming admission session 2025, candidates are required to fill an online application form on the online admission ptal of DASA. To apply for the DASA UG counselling process, candidates can follow the step mentioned below:
- The candidates eligible for DASA counselling have to register to be able to participate in the admission process. The DASA counselling registration process is given below:
- To register, the candidate needs to enter the JEE Main 2025 application number and Date of Birth. A web link will be mailed to complete the registration process on the email ID registered with JEE Main. The application number of JEE Mains will be your username.
- In the registration form, candidates have to fill in the required details. Applicants are required to upload the following:
- the latest passport size photograph in JPG format (size ~ 3.5cmx3.5cm, file size < 100kB).
- Scanned signature of applicant in JPG format (file size<100 kB).
- Submit the completed DASA application form. The submitted online registration form should be downloaded and saved for their records. However, there is no need to send the hard copy of the form and documents to the DASA office.

NIT Surathkal will releases 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to BTech in CSE. The cutoffs are released on a rolling basis, and the seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs are based on the following factors:
- The JEE Main score of the candidate
- The category of the candidate
- The number of seats available in the course

Students cannot get direct admission to any course at NIT Surathkal. It is compulsory to give the entrance exam to take the admission. Different courses have different entrance tests like JEE Main, GATE etc. Students should check the official website for more information on the entrance test.
