Dissatisfied due to placements, overcrowding, and attendance policy.
Placements: Said placement percentage is 176 percent and 117 percent, but reality is very different from this, the packages are around 3 to 5 LPA. Not a single company comes for an internship, almost 95% students don't get any kind of internship. Top companies that come to campus are HCL Tech, TCS, and EPM, which came this year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure, whether in the case of college premises or hostel, is good, no doubt, but compared to the crowd they are admitting every year, it is really small. It won't be an overstatement if I may say that in lunch hours, there's not even that much space on the campus to comfortably walk around. The maximum number of students the college can accommodate is around 3000, but there are more than 12000 students studying here. No upgradation in campuses, not making any other building to resolve this issue, all they are doing is investing in a hostel so more students can come.
Faculty: Faculties are really bad, not able to complete the syllabus, even when this particular college opens 2 weeks before any other college in UP and closes 2 weeks after. Some trainers who come occasionally from Bangalore are good, but the faculty members are really trash.
Other: I chose this course because it was in trend. Things that can improve are the attendance percentage criteria, which is 95% right now, otherwise, they will not allow you to sit in campus placements.

Placements are really at peak right now, with good infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are decent. Our college has a tie up with some companies like TCS, Capgemini, and more. Right now, the current 4th year batch is getting good placement opportunities, but the cutoff is very high for clearing that. 4 to 5 rounds are being conducted for one role.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is actually good. When you enter the admin office, you will notice that it has a vast infrastructure. The admin building has 6 floors, of which the 6th floor is the main attraction right now because it has a glass floor, but right now, we are not allowed to go there.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good, and some are average. There are regular hackathons, so you can learn a lot with this and even discuss that hackathon, but if you have a good teacher, then surely you will enjoy doing that. So faculty members are also supporting.

Best infrastructure in north India.
Placements: Only 60% got placed in my course. The highest package is 20 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Companies included TCS, Accenture, etc. The developed (skilled) students got most of the seats in placement. Most got internships in the 3rd year from off-campus on their own. The college only guides us.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is awesome because the campus has a total air conditioning facility, including the hostel. The library has almost all the books we need for our progress. Hostel food is okay, but the laundry and LAN are very beneficial for us.
Faculty: Teachers are really good, as maybe I got the best teachers. They can guide us and provide mentorship for different projects. They complete the full syllabus on time, and doubts are also clarified without any hesitation. Even if we don’t want to learn, they can teach us better.
Other: I chose this course because I love to learn about AI. But I think more LAN sessions would provide us with better knowledge of machines and AI.

Good infrastructure and above average placements which really satisfied me.
Placements: The average package of my college is around 3 LPA - 4 LPA. The highest package offered in 2024 was 66 LPA. Top recruiting companies of my course are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, and Capgemini. Students also got internships of Rs 50,000 and Rs 1 lakh in big companies such as Amazon, Atlassian, etc.
Infrastructure: I am fully satisfied with the infrastructure of my college. Free Wi-Fi is available. In the library, books are also available. The food offered in the hostel is good. Students who live in the hostel are offered free Wi-Fi facilities in their particular hostel rooms.
Faculty: Teachers are highly supportive. They try to provide knowledge about every relatable topic in their field. During placement time, teachers also provide extra classes to achieve good placement numbers. Semester exams are conducted at this college. Exams are conducted by AKTU University.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to study AI and machine learning to get into the field of data science. The fests and events conducted by my college are absolutely amazing.

Placements: Number of students in the batch is 200. The placements percentage is 85%. The highest salary package offered is 52 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Cognizant, Amazon, Wipro, and IBM. Around 70% of students received internships in companies like Google, Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft, and Cisco. Top roles offered are software engineer, data scientist, product manager, systems analyst, and cloud engineer.
Infrastructure: B.Tech in computer science program offers modern infrastructure, including high-speed Wi-Fi, and well-equipped computer labs with software for programming, data science, and AI. The pass percentage is typically high, with students who stay consistent in their studies and prepare thoroughly having a strong chance of success. Faculty members are highly qualified, and the course offers ample opportunities for internships and projects.
Other: I chose B.Tech in computer science due to my strong interest in technology, programming, and problem-solving. The best aspects of the course are its industry-relevant curriculum, hands-on labs, and exposure to emerging fields like AI and machine learning. However, I wish the course could include more industry collaborations and real-time problem-solving scenarios. The campus is vibrant, with regular events, fests, and extracurricular activities. The connectivity is good, and the campus surroundings are peaceful. Scholarships and support for extracurriculars further enhance the experience.

Q:   Does Pranveer Singh Institute of Technology refund fees?

The admission fees is refundable. One must submit a written application for the same. Documents will be sent immediately, but the procedure of reimbursing the money for the hostel and college will take some time.

The total tuition fee details for PSIT Bachelors of Computer Applications (BCA) is 2.40 Lakh.  And the hostel fee of amount INR 2.40 Lacs that students are required to pay in addition to the tuition fee. The total tuition fee for BTech. in Computer Science and Engineering is 2.45 Lakh.
