Vishwakarma Institute of Technology review.
Placements: The placement record of Vishwakarma Institute of Technology is very good. It has an almost 87 percent placement rate. Median package is around 7.5 LPA. Every year, many companies visit the campus for recruitment. Placement percentage is very decent, and it's increasing every year.
Infrastructure: Amazing infrastructure, classrooms are very neat and clean. Wi-Fi speed is also very good. There is a separate Wi-Fi connection for student use. Labs are also amazing, each department has its own lab for experiments. Teachers help and guide students when they are performing lab experiments.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in solving doubts and are very cooperative. Highly qualified faculty are present in this college. They make students industry-ready by giving them all the experience, knowledge, and hard work. There are two exams each year, mid-semester and end-of-semester exams.

Good faculty, average placement, and the worst intake.
Placements: There is a batch of 360 students of electronics and telecom engineering every year from 2024, before that, it was 180. Placements are actually above average. VIT is especially known for electronics and telecommunication courses. What I like best about this part is the level of companies that come to our campus, like Cadence, Siemens, and many more hardware companies. The highest package offered is 18 LPA, and overall, the college had an average package of 6.6 LPA every year, and the conversion rate from internship to PPO is high in our course.
Infrastructure: Talking about its infrastructure, it’s already NAAC A+ affiliated, and I think that's enough to prove the infrastructure of any college. We have great labs, comfortable classrooms, and the best library. Not just boasting, but being a studious student, I feel at home in the library. Even the variety of books they offer, apart from engineering, is what grabbed me more. Our college doesn't have any hostels, which might be a drawback, especially in the minds of girls' parents. Next, we have an excellent sports facility with great rooms having equipment for all sports.
Faculty: Our college is especially known for the ENTC engineering competition, with many colleges of repute, and holds a position over many. It is because of the faculty members. Almost every professor here holds a Ph.D. degree from reputed colleges and institutions like IITs. You can check the profile of every professor, and it will fascinate you to know that the amount of research these faculty members have in their core field is unbeatable. The course curriculum is updated for every subject, and the level of semester exams and the practical-oriented approach via projects is what makes us industry-ready.
Other: The club culture of our college is excellent. Every artist and introvert gets a stage here to perform, whether in technical, cultural, or sports. The flagship event of our college, Vishwakarma, is extremely fascinating. Coming to the personal point, why I chose this college was because of its placement stats and the repute the college carries in ENTC. Talking about the betterment of the courses, I could say that fluency in communication and information reaching students could make this better, otherwise, students face circumstances without their fault.

The college has average sports, club facilities, and good teachers.
Placements: Nearly 70% of students got placed in our course. The highest package is 33 LPA. The average package is 7.5 LPA. Companies that visit are Nvidia, Wipro, TCS, Infotech, Oracle, etc. I don't know the exact idea about the internship but it is decent.
Infrastructure: My college has several departmental libraries and offers various facilities, including Wi-Fi, departmental labs, and classrooms. I am currently living in a PG (paying guest accommodation), so I am not entirely familiar with the hostel situation. However, I believe the hostel accommodates 292 boys and 190 girls, with a fee of 120000 per year. The sports facilities, unfortunately, are quite poor.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and educated but the thing is that you don't need to rely on them. The teaching quality is decent not the best you need to study yourself. Semester exams are not difficult if you study well you will get a good CGPA it's not the problem.
Other: I chose this course because I didn't achieve a good percentile in the CET exam, so I decided to enroll in the ENTC program. Clubs such as robotics and TRF need to be relocated to the Kondhwa campus, as the college merged and the ENTC branch is now based there.

Satisfied with VIT because of the packages.
Placements: Well, for electronics and telecommunication, there are fewer companies, but college placements are really good. The highest is 16 LPA, and the average is 6.6 LPA. Right now, 61 percent is completed, and the remaining are going on. Talking about companies, Capgemini and Accenture are such companies that have been visited.
Infrastructure: All systems are awesome. There is availability of a mess and canteen, and sports and games. Every class has its own Wi-Fi connection, which helps students. Talking about the medical facility, I am not so sure about it. Overall, definitely VIT is worth it.
Faculty: All teachers are either PhD or M.Tech. I really loved my course as it was relevant to the industry. There are difficulties in exams, but as we know, exams make our study more conceptual. I can definitely say my college provides good knowledge about industries, and they try to connect us with them.
Other: Well, I am interested in hardware, so I chose electronic and telecommunication engineering. Everything is really good, but it needs to bring more and more Technology.

Good placements with technical knowledge.
Placements: There are more than 90% placements in our college. Our college alumni got placed in companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. The highest package is 51 LPA, and the average package is about 8 LPA to 9 LPA. This is because of our good teachers and curriculum.
Infrastructure: College hostel charges more money than other private hostels and also provide less services. The distance between college and hostel is also far so students don't take college hostel. Mess of this hostel is not good as there is only breakfast in the morning and dinner at night.
Faculty: In our curriculum, we have projects for each subject from first and also there is a mega project named ASEP which is to be done in a group of 6 people. This teaches students practical knowledge. Apart from this, our exams are online and are so easy.
Other: We have two campuses Kondhwa and Bibwewadi. Bibwewadi campus crowd is much and campus is small. But on Kondhwa campus crowd is low. Campus is big. There are many events like Gandharva and Vishwakarandak.

I would suggest you opt for ENTC as VIT is far better than Cummins College and also the study culture there is not so good, but in VIT, all the things are good.
