If you want to enjoy your college life, then this college will do that 70% of the time.
Placements: About 70% of the students were placed. The highest package is 11 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. TCS and CTS were the top recruiting companies. Very few went to internships; mostly all are placed as trainees in many companies. The top two roles are associate engineer and full-stack web developer.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and a clean environment are there.
Hostel food is okay. The labs are modified with a new monitor. Sanitation is good. College will greenish and many film shootings are also happening. Entertainment is guaranteed. The hostel is poor.
But the fee is quite high.
Faculty: Teachers are very kind, nice and caring. The semester exams are really easy as the college is now autonomous. Easy correction is done. Project completion in the 2nd, 3rd and final years will be helped by the teachers and the teaching could be improved more.
Other: Do not expect tours and trips. The college will not be very strict. Teachers are jovial and friendly and computer classes will be very fun.

Review of S.A. Engineering College.
Placements: Around 85% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Many students got internships at companies like IBM, Intel, and Zoho. Students who score good marks in exams are eligible for decent placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent. I would rate it 5 out of 5. Computer laboratories are well-equipped. High-speed Wi-Fi is available so that we can access online and coding projects. Hostel rooms are spacious. I would rate it 3 stars for the hostel. Mess is available. The food served in the canteen is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are helpful. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are moderate. The pass percentage is 85%. It is an autonomous college.

This college is for CSE engineering with an average infrastructure.
Placements: Almost 80-85% of students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 4.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Avasoft, and Zoho. Around 60% of students got internships in our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure. It also provides a good library. Laboratory is also better. Classrooms are well-maintained. The hostel infrastructure is not great. Once you enter this college you will love the food but you will also regret it because they serve the same food every day.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and well-qualified. Each professor in our department knows at least 3 programming languages. They also conduct industrial visits for students. Semester exams are tough, especially Maths. If you work hard then you will score good marks.
Other: I chose CSE because this course is highly in demand, and it is also a growing field. Our college should introduce virtual class assessments to improve students' skills. All the scholarships are provided are approved by AICTE. Physical training period is not provided but we have the freedom to play.

I am not satisfied with faculty members, but our college has good placements and facilities.
Placements: In our college, almost 70% of students are placed every year. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA and the average salary package offered is 2 LPA to 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Infosys, Hyundai, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Cognizant, Zoho, Deloitte, IBM, TCS, etc., visit our campus. Around 50% to 70% of students get internships at EThames. Top roles offered are trainee, HR, manager, team leader, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are excellent. There is Wi-Fi available only for faculty members. Our classrooms are good, but we do not have any projectors attached for smart classes. There is a large library with many books and journals. The hostel and canteen facilities are good and hygienic. There is a variety of food items available in the canteen at an affordable price. The college gives importance to sports and games.
Faculty: Most faculty members are highly educated and knowledgeable. Some teachers are not highly educated, and their teaching is not good. They have to improve their teaching quality and do more practice sessions for students to learn easily. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams are slightly difficult to pass. The pass percentage is 40%, but students have to score more than 70% every semester to be eligible for placements in top companies.
Other: I chose this course to get placed in an IT company. The college gives the best placements for this course. The college gives the best placements for this course. Faculty members and their teaching quality should be improved. Our college organises events. The college campus is so large that students can enjoy campus life. The surroundings are good, and there is a nearby bus stop and transportation facilities for students. Scholarships are not available for students. They organise a lot of extracurricular activities.

Till now nothing went wrong according to me.
Placements: Good college where more than 70 plus companies are hiring and recruiting. The minimum package is 2.55 LPA to 12 LPA. 100+ out of 120 students were placed from previous year.The interview consists of three rounds or two rounds according to the company.
Infrastructure: I am a computer science engineering student currently in second year. The first year portion is almost the same as the second year. The third year lab facility is good with good internet speed and multiple user systems. I am a day scholar so I don't know much about hostels.
Faculty: Faculty is kind and good. They do all the necessary arrangements as per our requirements. In the curriculum each subject contains 5 chapters. And in a semester 6 theory subjects and three or four laboratory exams are conducted on regular intervals .

It is a good autonomous college to study engineering courses. Placement opportunities are also good.
Placements: About 90% of the students from our course got placed. Some of the high salary packages offering companies are Juspay, which offers a salary of Rs. 75,000 per month and GOX, which offers a salary of Rs. 40,000 per month. Lowest salary packages offering companies are CSS Corp, which offers a salary of Rs. 11,000 per month and Qspider, which offers a salary of Rs. 10,000 per month. Some of the top companies for our course are Juspay, GOX and Capgemini. Some of the roles offered in our course include software engineer trainer, data analyst, management trainee and software developer. In our course, the highest salary package offered by Juspay, and it is 9 LPA, and the average salary package offered by Capgemini, and it is 3.8 LPA and the lowest salary package offered by Qspider, and it is 1.6 LPA. About 10% of the students from our course got internships in companies like MSC Technologies and Avasoft.
Infrastructure: Our college provides about 12 labs for our department, and network connectivity is also good. They also provide Wi-Fi facility. The quality of the food served in the hostel is not that much good, so it needs to be improved. Services are provided in the canteen, and the hostel services are average.
Faculty: Teachers here are helpful to acquire knowledge, and they are qualified and well educated to share their knowledge. Their teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students to be trained to work in the industry. Our college also conducts many programs about how to work in the industry.
Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in the computer science field. We can get to know about the new technologies in this course. I wish that our college should make us work hand-on with the technologies. Our college organises symposium, cultural activities and many sports events. It also provides scholarship to many students.

It is an average college with decent infrastructure.
Placements: About 75% of the students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered was about 6 LPA, and the lowest salary offered was 1.4 LPA. The average salary offered was about 2.5 LPA. TCS, CTS, LTI and Wipro were the top recruiting companies of our college. Roles offered were usually as a support engineer, software engineer, software developer, customer support and agent. Around 10% of students got intersnhips.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college was average, and the Wi-Fi facility was not provided. Labs were well-equipped. Classrooms were fitted with projectors and were well furnished. Transport facilities and canteen were below average. The campus was very small and was shared with a CBSE school. The food served in the canteen and mess was below average and can be deemed bad at times. Sports were not encouraged and lacked quality sports faculty members.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were average and not very qualified. A few were good, and some were pretty bad and useless. Teaching quality was somewhat fine, but they did not encourage innovation. They focused on memorising the subject and get good grades in the exams. The course curriculum doesn't make students industry-ready, and it is very hard once you get to the industry.

It is a decent college. They are managing to place the students well.
Placements: The placements in S.A Engineering College is too good. About 70% of the senior batch and 80% of the current batch got placed. Also, they train us in every aspect. The highest salary offered was 7 LPA, the lowest was 2.8 LPA and the average package offered was 3.25 LPA. Adobe, IBM, Cognizant, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit our campus. Associate software trainee and analyst are the roles assigned to the students. About 50% of the students got the internships in the college. The average stipend is like Rs. 12,000. The placement cell is very active. Many on-demand job skills are taught to us by the industry experts.
Infrastructure: The infrastructural perspective of S.A College is also too good. It is covered by green crotons, trees, and plants. The centre tower adds beauty to the building. The Wi-Fi is allowed on the campus and labs are neat with the high power system, UPS, etc. The sports facilities are not too much. The library is vast with many books. The medical facilities are not much provided. There is a good quality of labs and spacious classrooms. The food in the canteen is not that good. The hostel rooms are maintained very well. There are no infrastructure related issues in the college.
Faculty: The teachers are always helpful for the students irrespective of their academic background. There are very qualified teachers, and they are knowledgeable. The projector and smart screens are used, and most often, the whiteboards are used. We get the industry exposure by training from industrial techies. The course curriculum is useful to the students, but not up to the mark.
Other: The events are conducted very often in S.A College. More frequently, the workshops and paper conferences are taking place. There is good connectivity with other college students. The scholarships are provided to very few people. The extracurricular activities are very less.

I am afraid, there is no light at the end of tunnel. Like almost all states in India, eligibility criteria for admission into Engineering Colleges in TN is restricted to those domiciled in that state. This is particularly true for government or government aided colleges. The college that you mention

Hello Riyaz,
The fee structure for BE computer science engineering is around 40000-50000 per annum (tuition fees). If you require bus facilities, then you need to pay an additional fees of 30000-40000.
