Students can join this college only if they are interested not by trusting any stories created.
Placements: I have been looking from starting and it is something like there are companies coming for campus interviews but in the end, only 50 students would be selected. Other companies visit the college selected students out of the course which we have studied where there would be no proper growth for talent.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is up to the mark. There is no complaint about that as it would not disappoint us in this matter. The food provided in the hostel is also up to the mark. The campus is good and it would reach our expectations if we have any.
Faculty: Everything goes according to them. Teachers are good and their teaching academics are top-notch. There is no difficulty faced by students regarding other stuff. The only problem is that there is a year back if we have a CGPA of less than 4 with more than 4 backlogs.
Other: Other activities like sports meets and fests are top-notch. It organises the biggest fest in Bangalore every year and top artists also visit here.

Presidency University, Bangalore Review .
Placements: Placements at the presidency university are not so good. But Most of the students getting placed into jobs. Almost 90 percentage students getting placed. The highest package offered here is 9- 12 Lacs per annum, 5-6 avg, 2-3 Lacs the lowest package per annum.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of presidency university was so good and nice. The College Spread through large area with beautiful trees and garden area. The college contains different blocks for different courses. High professional labs and library is available here.
Faculty: Most of the Faculty of the presidency university college are Good, but some of the faculty are weak in explain the doubts as they affford to teach. Most of lecturers are friendly and optimistic with students to clarify any doubts in anytime. Over all the faculty was good.

My college days and their memories.
Placements: Placements are good for some courses, but for our course, only a few technical companies come for placements. But, there are many non-technical companies, such as sales. A minimum 6 CGPA with no backlogs is the eligibility criteria for placements, but some companies offer placements if you have a minimum 5.5 CGPA. The starting package is 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has a very good environment with lush greenery, mountains, flowers, etc. But, there is a hen farm nearby, so you sometimes get a foul smell. Buildings are under construction. There is separate Wi-Fi for students and faculty members. There are 2-3 libraries throughout the college. Some classrooms are good with a bright environment, but some classes are dark, and if the weather is cloudy, classes become even darker.
Faculty: We have to write 2 main exams per semester i.e., midterm and end-term, but we also have to write surprise tests and quizzes conducted by lecturers at any time. Some lecturers are good, knowledgeable, and helpful, while others come just to pass time in class. A student has to get 80/200 marks for midterm 50 marks, end-term 100 marks, internals 50 marks, and 45/150 marks excluding internals.
Other: I chose this course because AI is the future. The best thing about the course is that we have labs where we can practice practically. I wish every course has lecturers who teach well. In the 4 years of our course, they conduct 2 fests and also a few more cultural events. We have 2 scholarships, NSP and SSP. The campus is completely crowded.

It is a decent college with decent college life.
Placements: I heard that many of my seniors were placed in many companies but in the previous year, the intake of mass students was more with more than decent salary packages which are good. One of my seniors got placed with a salary package of around 7.7 LPA and had a hike of the amount in the same year which was true luck.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is amazing. The entrance and auditorium on campus shine pretty. There is a huge building with vast classrooms for all schools. Our engineering school has good classrooms. Labs have an amazing infrastructure.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are decent not that so good but if you have the knowledge and know where you want to land, there are a couple of good professors who can guide you. The teaching is not so great but understandable. I feel you should have the enthusiasm and take a step.
Other: We had an event named Invincia this year. The fest was held for 2 days which was so good. The divine show got some amazing reviews. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Fests are amazing in our college.

Q:   Is there enough demand for BTech graduates in the job market?
ShikshaGPT says
A:

If we look at the market demand, no doubt there is huge demand for BTech (Full Form: Bachelor of Technology) graduates among top recruiters who are constantly looking for skilled and knowledgeable students with fresh ideas to enhance their business growth and profitability.

Having said that, a few previous-year employment reports published by the Business Standard and Times of India suggest that students found it a struggle to land a high-paying job after completing BTech because of a lack of industry-specific skills and knowledge and cut-throat competition between Lacs of engineering students hunting for a job.

Hence, it is very important for students to focus on enhancing their skill set according to industrial demands and technological advancements, stay updated regarding all industry trends, build good networks and, most importantly, take up internships to gain experience and stand out in front of the employer.
