"BUILDING A STRONG FOUNDATION": My time in CSE Department.

Placements: Placement percentage - 0% (no placements) the highest package - Nil the lowest package - Nil The placement cell is utterly disappointing with no companies visiting our campus. The college reputation and connection seemed to be lacking leaving us to fend in job market.

Infrastructure: Labs : well-equipped and modern labs with the latest hardware and software Classroom : spacious and well air conditioned with multimedia facility Library : exhaustive collection of books, journal and E-lib with over 50000 e-books Hostel : facility of miss with decent food, basic first aid and medical assistance, with equipped rooms.

Faculty: Faculty: very approachable and supportive Highly knowledgeable and qualified in their fields Curriculum: align with industry needs and standard and student ready for practical challenges Exams difficult : moderate to challenging, testing understanding and application .

Other: I chose this course because of my passion for computer and technology and help me make meaningful impact on industry Thing I wish could be better More emphasis on soft skill Event and fest are help regularly like teach fest, annual cultural fest and various departmental fests.

It is a good college for students.

Placements: Almost 50% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro and Indigo. Many students got internships in this course. Both online and offline internships are offered at this college.

Infrastructure: Many libraries are available in this college. Several books are available in the library. Computers are also available in this college. High-speed internet is available on our campus. Wi-Fi is not working properly, but we can access it only in the library. The food served in the canteen is average. Sports are conducted in this college.

Faculty: Teachers are very supportive and helpful. They will try to explore your interest in all aspects. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are average. You can easily get good marks if you study hard.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. You can join any other college if you get a chance.

Our college is very good.

Placements: Around 1-90% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Infrastructure: Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. Our classrooms are clean. Our labs are very good. Every book is available in the library. The food served in the canteen is affordable and tasty and provides a variety of food items.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Exams are very easy to pass. The pass percentage is 50%. The course curriculum makes students industry-ready. The study is not much easy in our college, so students have to work hard.

I am absolutely satisfied with faculty members.

Placements: About 10% to 15% of students got placements. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA. The top recruiter is Infosys. Around 20% to 30% of students got internships in the months of June and July. It depends on whether students are interested or not. Roles offered aredroid programming and web development.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available. The library allows us to borrow books for 7 days without fines. Classrooms are hybrid and comfortable. The hostel facilities are not that good, but the mess food is good. The canteen food is average. Medical and sports facilities are also available.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is good. Semester exams are average. We need a CGPA of 5.5 to pass the exams. The course curriculum is related.

Other: There are many societies.

It is an average 3 tier college.

Placements: Many students are not placed in our course. Most of them prefer to go for higher education, so they don't sit for on-campus placements. Two months ago a job or internship fair was organised in our college. Many companies or startups arrived to offer sales and marketing roles with very low stipends. Our college provides average placements or internships off campus.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is simple and limited. Hostel has proper washrooms on every floor but a few taps don't work and a few doors are broken. Practical labs of our department are average. Hostel infrastructure and facilities are average that are not up to the mark. Mineral water is not provided in the hostel. Warden is rude and seeks to find ways to extract. They ask hostellers to pay for Bisleri water bottles instead of fixing the water problem. Rooms are small. There is a fridge in the hostel building for 120+ girls and a lizard was found in it once. There is a water cooler on every floor with a limited quantity of water which is not cleaned. So students suffer from typhoid, diarrhea, dysentery, and stomach infection.

Faculty: Teachers in our department are very good and knowledgeable but they only focus on the curriculum. Students are not encouraged to explore out of the box. Many students attend college to maintain attendance. Semester exams are challenging.

Other: Campus crowd is very good as it consists of students from various states. Students learn a lot about different cultures and life. Our college has many societies and clubs that organise various activities. Sports facilities of our college are good and very appreciable.

The college provides good education but bad placements.

Placements: 60% of students are placed in my course. The minimum package offered is 1 LPA, the maximum package is 3 LPA, and the average package is 2 LPA. TCS recruits most of the students. Students hardly prefer to do internships here. Analyst is the top role offered in my course. Although, most of the students prefer to go for Master's because the placements are not good at all.

Infrastructure: The college provides good Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and a library. It is fine actually, but sometimes, we face a lack of water supplies, although electricity and food are good. Late book submission in the library has a fine of 5 rupees per day. The canteen has been closed since covid-19. Mess food is also good.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful here. The teaching quality is excellent. The course curriculum is relevant, but it doesn't make students industry-ready. Semester exams are very hard, and the pass percentage is 70% here. Teachers help students do in-house projects, and the college has very meritorious students produced. The highest number of students get scholarships from all colleges of Delhi University.

Other: Computer science is very well-known for its first step to enter into the tech world. So, I chose this course. More practical works, projects and internships can improve the course. Events, fests, campus crowd, connectivity, etc., are really appreciable here.

Placements: Placement cell is good. They provide many opportunities to the students with good skills and knowledge of a subject. There are in-house Internship projects offered. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, and TCS.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is amazing. Classrooms are air-conditioned. Library is fabulous to spend time reading books that are based on RFID. Hostel is good and the fee Structure is valuable. It is near the college campus. Food quality is also good.

Faculty: Teachers are well versed in the CS department. They provide help and are highly qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is easy to adapt. If you read all the topics thoroughly then semester exams are easy. Students must have above 85% to be ready for the industry level.

Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in computer science. It is a growing industry. We have our department technical fest techmelange also. Under this, we have many events and games. We experience large participation of students in these events. Our college also has an annual cultural fest caravan. There is a huge crowd during this fest.

I'm satisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: Placement is good as computer science is a technical course, so many good companies offer good packages to visit our college and offer various roles to the selected student who managed to clear their interview. Many non-technical jobs offers also come, which offer jobs as HR, manager, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college has Wi-Fi installed, and the infrastructure is amazing, all clean and clear. The library and classrooms are all fitted with air conditioners. The canteen provides the best food at cheap rates and maintains hygiene. The hostel facility is available to first-year students only. If seats are vacant, 2nd and 3rd may also apply; they charge genuine fees but create a difference for the general category; they have to pay 10,000 more than what the reserved category is paying.

Faculty: Teachers at our college are knowledgeable. Some are still not that good, but overall it is fine. They help their students and understand them. Papers are not that tough. Anyone who has studied a whole semester can clean the paper with flying colours. The course is good. Semester wise, the subjects are evenly distributed. A student pursuing a course managed to have great knowledge in every field.

Interested candidates have to register online with required information. Final Selection
Admission is based on the marks obtained in qualifying exam. Selected list of admitted candidates would be displayed on the DU admission portal.
