The college is awesome and I suggest everyone to take admission in this College.
Placements: 30% of students in the college are studying in B.Tech CS AND IT course. The highest package of the college is around 30L/Annum and the lowest package is around 4LPA. 90% of students are getting every year internship from the top companies and Top companies are recruiting students from this College.
Infrastructure: There are lots of facilities in the hostel and I suggest everyone take admitted to this College and Take advantage of the hostel all services of the hostel are excellent and students feel that they are at home not at the hostel. I also like this hostel. The most beautiful is the atmosphere of the lavale Camps During the Monsoon.
Faculty: The faculty members of the college are very helpful and they are always ready to help the students and their nature are very kind and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. The pass percentage of the semester exam is 35% and there are no difficulties in the exam.

Excellent infrastructure and facilities, parents are kept regularly updated.
Placements: Most students from CS , IT get placed with good packages as software developers and in other technical roles. You may also find some with non technical and marketing roles as well. Mechanical students get placed as graduate engineer trainee in medium end companies.
Infrastructure: The college building and hostels are very clean with daily staff cleaning and maintaining it, mess food is not excellent but they provide timely meals at ample quantities to sustain a healthy diet. There are sports facilities student clubs and extra curricular activities for overall development of your ward. The campus is beside Symbiosis centre for medical research, so all health issues are well covered.
Faculty: The faculty are very cooperative and helpful. The mentor system allows regular communication between teachers and parents so that no gap is left out. The course curriculum is updated regularly and webinars are held to keep the students industry ready at the time of graduation.

The college life was very joyful except the academics.
Placements: Very poor percentage of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered in our course was 4.5 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like IBM and CEAT Tyres visit our campus for placements. Students are asked to search for an internship on their own by using their own family contacts. The institute made zero efforts to provide an internship.
Infrastructure: Our college has a world-class infrastructure with a crazy scenic view. The college and hostel buildings had everything you need. All facilities were great. The hostel was great with all facilities like mess, canteen, drinking water, tap, recreational facilities, etc. The environment was great as it is located hillside. Our college also provides a huge ground, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton court, volleyball court, basketball court and snooker.
Faculty: Teachers in our course are good with proper knowledge. They are industry experts. Their teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready with more effort from the student's side. Semester exams are average. The majority of students will pass but with great effort.

I had a good experience here, and also, the placements were good.
Placements: Nearly 75-85% of students got placed from college. The average package would be 3-4 LPA. Most of the sales companies come here. Almost all of them got internships in good companies likes Tata Motors, Mahindra, Army Base workshop, Ceat, Sparkminda and many more.
Infrastructure: Symbiosis infrastructure is one of the best in India. All the facilities are available. The college offers four departments, computer science, IT, ENTC, mechanical and civil. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled. Labs have ACs. The library is good. You will get all types of facilities in the hostel.
Faculty: All the faculty members in our college are knowledgeable. They have good teaching experience.
Other: You will gain good knowledge here.

Review of SIT Pune - Symbiosis Institute of Technology.
Placements: Placements for mechanical, civil and ENTC are below average, which is why most students of these branches have no option than to opt for higher studies for better placements. Only, the CS/IT branch gets the best placements with good salary package. Faculty members are least bothered about students, they solely do their teaching, and some barely care about the students and their placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and accommodation. Around 4 years ago, when I came to visit the university for the first time, I was convinced by the looks of this college that it would be a great one, but trust me, don't judge a book by its cover. However, the services like Wi-Fi, labs and classrooms are good, along with a great gymnasium, football and basketball court, stationery shop within the premise. The hostel authorities are not good, neither they know management, nor they have the etiquette to speak to a student. Overall, there is poor hostel management and staff.
Faculty: Though the course curriculum is great, the faculty members are least concerned with the student. Since the teaching method is based on PPTs, most of the professors solely read out the slides of the PPT. The attendance is of a great deal in this college, which has to be 75% per subject per semester. Otherwise, the college does not permit the student to attend the final semester examinations, and in this respect even if the student has genuine reasons for not making the attendance to 75%, the faculty is not at all helpful. In fact, the college has its own rules of functioning, for instance, the rules of one faculty/staff will be exactly opposite to the other as a result of which, it is the students who suffer in the end.
Other: The crowd and campus life are great, with events and fests throughout the year. However, the campus is based far away from the main city, which serves as a bane. To be a part of any extracurricular activities, you have to compromise with your attendance. Hence this is the greatest irony of SIT that the extracurriculars and academics don't go hand in hand, and one has to choose between these two. I hardly participated in any of our extracurriculars, due to the fear of low attendance. Only the infrastructure of the college has value for money.

Great Campus, really good infrastructure and facilities etc.
Placements: Symbiosis Institute of technology Pune holds good placement records. Almost 60% students from my batch were placed. SIT Pune holds an average package of 8 to 10 Lacs per annum. All the students of my course i.e Mechanical branch got internships from the college itself.
Infrastructure: Very good infrastructure and facilities. There is Wi-Fi all over the buildings. Some classrooms are air conditioned. All the labs are air conditioned. Hostel facilities are also very good. Medical facilities were top most. Sports and games were also given priority and we had tournaments and fests.
Faculty: Faculty were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was excellent. The teachers were always available for us. They helped us in every possible aspect. The course curriculum was very relevant. It makes the students industry ready.

It needs a more positive atmosphere. It has average faculty and facilities.
Placements: As unemployment has increased in our country, so it has had it's effects on placements in colleges as well. For mechanical course, few companies visit our college from the technical field for placements. Mostly software industry companies hire students, and they give 6 months training and then the real job. The average salary offered in this field ranges between 3-4 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college is situated far from the main Pune city. The campus covers a large area, and it is almost complete hill if you include the MBA campus. The college has a football team, cricket team, etc. The college faculty does very little help to support you with issues like attendance, etc. It provides a decent football ground. It has good and maintained gym facility. I would rate 3 out of 5 mess food. The hostel facility is good, but now they've built a new one, which is more spacious. Classrooms, labs and library are average. Wi-Fi facility is good, and it has a daily limit set for each student. The main issue is that the road for college from Pune city, i.e., the Sus road is very dangerous. There is a single lane road with no lighting, so a lot of accidents occurs. It is not safe to travel once the sunsets. Overall the campus and facilities are satisfactory.
Faculty: Teachers and other faculty members in our college are very well-qualified. Some teachers are somehow not able to reach out to every student as it should be happening. I feel a college should focus more on how to create good human beings and give the students a little more exposure to the industry and work-life. For overall faculty members, I would rate 3 out of 5.
Other: The college fest named Reverb is organised at our college. Initially, when it started out, it got a lot of applause from students of other colleges for its various organised events, live music shows, etc. I feel the quality of the fest has faded with time. Instead of showing a lot of enthusiasm for the college fest, the students treat it as a holiday to go back home. A decent amount of students participate in it, but rarely I have seen any students from other colleges coming for Reverb in recent years. I feel the college should be more transparent about the re-evaluation system of papers. I think the exorbitant fees students pay for the education they are receiving. They do not do justice for most students in terms of getting a job. But this is the case with most colleges now as unemployment is at a steady rise. A decent number of students get placed, and some even get good paid employment. The college management should focus on making the atmosphere of college more positive, creative and friendly. They try to help students who have backlogs. They not just help academically, but also try to understand the psychology that why so many students end up having backlogs. Many extracurricular activities are also organised at our college.

It is a decent college with a good reputation and high college fee.
Placements: Placements for the mechanical course are comparatively less when compared to other branches. But they are trying to invite more companies. Top recruiting company of our course is Tata, and we can try for government jobs through IES. An internship is compulsory, and every student tries to get an internship with some or other ways. It is the choice of the students to do an internship in any company.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is provided in all over the campus, but with the restricted usage so that students use it only for educational purposes. Classrooms are very good. The library is filled with a good amount of books. If we needed more books, then the central library is also available at the university campus. The hostel facility is very good, and it also serves good food. But the hostel facility is provided only for the first and 2-year students. There is a good medical facility as there is a new hospital built beside the campus. There are good grounds for games like football and cricket. The campus is very good, and it is lush green. You feel like studying because of the weather itself.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful, friendly and qualified. They are PhD faculty members for the core subjects. Their teaching quality is quite high. The course curriculum is very useful as our college provides a workshop and great labs to get some hands-on experience. The mandatory six months internship makes the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like the mechanical field. I feel it is so better from just sitting in front of a computer. The best things about the course are the faculty, labs and its equipment. There is nothing much to be improved. Two events and fests are conducted every year, each in a semester. Campus surroundings are the best aspect of the college.

Hi, Sorry to say, but it will be difficult for you to get mechanical or any other branch with the score of 75 percentile in JEE Mains. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges.

No, it's doesn't matter. You apply for independent test of college or university to take admission there. But there are several colleges who made attached with JEE Mains. You can check it through official website.
