The college is bouncing back.
Placements: Campus placements offer competitive packages, ranging from 10 LPA for top packages to 2.5-3 LPA for entry-level positions. Top companies such as TCS and Infosys frequently recruit from the college. However, diversifying the recruiter pool and improving job prospects would enhance placement outcomes. Economic conditions play a crucial role in determining the placement success.
Infrastructure: The college is investing in its infrastructure, with several construction and renovation projects underway. The Rs. 90,00 per-year hostel provides students with clean, secure accommodation. Nevertheless, the quality of food and the strict curfew for female students are areas that need attention.
Faculty: The academic experience is diverse, with faculty members bringing different levels of passion to their teaching. While classroom instruction covers a significant portion of the syllabus (around 60-70%), students are expected to supplement their learning through independent study and group work. A proactive and disciplined approach is essential for academic success.

It provides good experience and average placements.
Placements: The highest salary package offered to students is 18 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges from 2.5-3 LPA. Regular recruiters include prominent companies like TCS and Wipro. However, there is scope for improvement in terms of the quality and quantity of companies participating in the placement process. The placement prospects are decent during table economic times but are significantly impacted during the recessionary period.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is currently undergoing renovation to improve facilities. The hostel costs Rs. 90,000 per year. It provides decent accommodation with clean rooms and good safety measures. However, the food quality is average. There is a strict curfew in place, particularly for female students after 8 PM.
Faculty: The teaching staff members are a mix of experienced and inexperienced ones. Some teachers display a keen interest in teaching, while others seem less engaged. The syllabus coverage is about 60-70%, with the remaining portion assigned to students as group activity presentations. Students are expected to complete the last 1-2 units of the syllabus independently.

Dr. AIT College review by students.
Placements: The placements in our college are not too good; they are okay. It mainly depends on the course. The maximum number of CS students will get placements, but for other courses, the chances of getting placements are lower. The highest package for CS students is 18-29 LPA, and the lowest is 2-5 LPA.
Infrastructure: AIT is an old government-autonomous college. The infrastructure of the college is old, and the building is also very old. It is not a big college; it is very small because it was built in 1982. Recently, they have only built one new building. The hostel is okay, but it is not too good.
Faculty: Our college is autonomous; it follows its own schedule and exam schedule, but the rules it follows are based on VTU rules. It conducts exams based on its scheduled time. The question paper doesn't come from other colleges. In our college, they prepare the question papers themselves.
Other: Our college fees are lower compared to other colleges. The college is not big, so there is no big garden or ground. There is no place to sit outside the classes. The previous garden we had has also been removed, and they are building something there now.

Other: I attended Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Technology, Bangalore, and it was a great experience. The college hosts two major cultural festivals annually - Kannada Kalarava and Sanskruti - in addition to branch-specific festivals. These events bring students together to celebrate and showcase their talents.

Our college has good greenery and peaceful environment.
Placements: Around 90% of students got placed in our course. Top recruiting companies are Bosch, Byju's, etc. Government job options are also available from our branch. It is the best course to opt for. Almost everyone can get placed.
Infrastructure: Every department has its own library and a common one is also available. The campus has Wi-Fi connection. Ladies hostel is very safe and watchmen is present 24X7. Overall, it is a good college.
Faculty: Teachers are from renowned institutions and are capable of solving every doubt you have. The passing marks for every subject is 40% . Teachers ensure that every student got the point. They are ready to solve doubts any time. So exams are not much difficult.
Other: I chose electrical as it is in demand. This course has good scope for the future. Events are conducted such as Maitri, Sanskruti, Techno Exhibition, etc. College also offers intercollegiate fest like Kalarava, sports competition, etc.

Dr. AIT is the best.
Placements: The placements are good. They train you for the placements from the 2 year of your degree by Placements experts. Offers come from companies such as Capgemini, TCS,Aaccenture, Bosch etc. Almost all my seniors were placed in very good companies.
Infrastructure: The campus, infrastructure is really good as compared with other government colleges. The classrooms and seminar halls are clean and spacious. The library is large and has as many as 10K books. The campus is large having a professional sized ground.
Faculty: Faculty members are skilled and qualified. Lecturers are knowledgeable. They are experienced, non partial and kind. They help with everything with out any discrimination. The lab faculty members and assistants are skilled and qualified. Teaching is amazing.
Other: Campus life is amazing. There are 3 main fests apart from different branch fests. There is NCC, cricket, basketball and other extracurricular activities.

The college provides good faculty, good placements, many opportunities for students to show talents.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. Many companies, like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, JSW, etc., visited our campus for placements. About 400 students got placed in different companies. There are no much core-based companies. More students from EC and CS branches got placed, and other branch students also got placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is really good. There are two buildings, one is the main building, and the other is silver building. In the main building, classrooms are allotted for EC, CS, EE, TC and IM students. In the silver building, classrooms are allotted for civil and mechanical branch students. There are good labs for all branches. Overall, the infrastructure is good here.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good, and they are well qualified. They teach us in a good way, and they use smart classes for our easy understanding. Their teaching quality is nice. Even they really help us to understand the things by conducting industrial visits and different workshops. Our college conducts many seminars and competitions so that students can compete and gain knowledge and give a good future to our country. I'm from EEE branch, so my course is getting interesting.
Other: Our college conducts many branch fests and intercollege fests. Maitri fest organised in odd semester and Sankranti fest in even semester which provides many opportunities to the students to show up their talents. The college has a huge ground to play. Our campus has full of trees, and it looks like a green city, and our college management maintains it neatly. The campus crowd will be around 2,500 students.
