This college has good academics but less hope for placements.
Placements: Around 5% of students were placed in this college. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. No top recruiting companies visit to provide placements. Almost 100% of students get vocational training from various reputed companies like L&T, Gammon, etc. The role of site engineer is offered.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi was not available. Laboratories were not equipped with all the necessary apparatus and machines required. Library service was good. Canteen had average food quality. Sports and games were given less importance. Medical facilities were available to some extent.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. Teaching quality was average. The course curriculum was relevant but, need to be organised for students to be industry-ready. Semester exams were held upon this university questions. The pass percentage for the students was 98%.
Other: I opted for this course, because of my opinion of civil engineering. Civil Engineering has a lot of aspects if students were ready to move and stay away from home. The syllabus needs to be more focused on the subject. Events and fest were not held in this college.

Emerging engineering college in Kolkata.
Placements: We are the first batch of this college. The placement in our batch was not good. The college was not able to place the students in the core areas. Many students are managed to get a job by their source and capability. Many students are pursuing their higher studies also. Recently the placement scenario has improved slightly.
Infrastructure: In our time there was no equipment in the laboratory, but now it's available. The library, classrooms are good, but sports facilities are not good as there is no such ground and Wi-Fi is also not available. The hostel facilities are not also available. Th college supports the hostel facilities for the initial stage but later on students arrange their accommodation.
Faculty: The teachers are good and helpful. The teacher-student ratio is high. The number of teachers are low. The course is standard and according to the syllabus of the university. The students will also get a good industry exposure. The college will conduct industry visit and training.
Other: Overall it is a good campus. The connectivity is also good. The campus is near about 800 metres away from the railway station Nungi connecting to Sealdah. The bus is also available from Howrah. The students organise the annual fest. The scholarships are available to the eligible students.

Good infrastructure. Well-maintained garden. Sports are very good. Cultural events are good.
Placements: 10% of students were placed in our batch with salaries ranging from 2.4 to 3.6 LPA. One of the top recruiting companies is Pinnacle Infotech. Approximately 50-60% of students got internships after the 6th semester. The GET post is offered by the top companies. Other companies are hiring for marketing and sales. But why should we go for marketing and sales after studying Civil Engineering?
Infrastructure: Students are not allowed to use the college Wi-Fi. Labs are good, but a few machines are not functional. It would have been better if the necessary equipment were a little more numerous. Actually, the labs are not properly maintained. Classrooms are quite good. The library is well-maintained enough, the one and only place where we can work peacefully. The hostel is not very good. Few students live there. The canteen is average. The food quality is average but the prices are high. The quantity of food in a single plate is not sufficient. Medical facilities are available three days a week. Sports and games are good. We play football, cricket, volleyball, and badminton. But there is no common room, so no indoor games.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and their teaching quality is good enough. Some teachers are very knowledgeable. But CA marks depend on the amount of fees paid by the student. Semester exams are sometimes tough because of the invigilator. Approximately 90-95% of students pass all subjects in a semester.

It was an average engineering college due to its placement rate.
Placements: In our college, the placement rate was quite good. Around 60% of the students from our batch got placed. Sometimes, the authority of the main campus taken care of placements directly. Most of the students from the electronics department got placed during our tenure. Mostly the IT companies visited here to offer the job to students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was quite satisfactory, but the buildings were under construction during our tenure. I think the whole building would be ready now. Classrooms were quite good and well ventilated. Labs and workshops were quite decent, and the food served in the canteen was quite affordable.
Faculty: Faculty members here were highly knowledgeable. Moreover, all of them were quite supportive in our academic careers. They personally shared their books with us. The lab assistants and technicians were also very supportive at the time of our project. Overall, the course curriculum was quite helpful for us.
