Average faculty, supportive faculty, average placement, bad college life, and a stressed life.
Placements: I am in my 2nd year for IoT, and we are the first batch. However, in other branches like CSE and its sub-branches, there have been some good placements. In 2023, approximately 10-12 students were placed with an average package of around 10 LPA, while the overall average is around 7 LPA. Yes, there are some internship opportunities provided.
Infrastructure: First of all, hostel accommodation is not available; there are some hostels linked with the college. The college's infrastructure is quite basic. All labs and classrooms are in good condition, but there are no ACs in the classrooms, which is frustrating during the summer. They also provide Wi-Fi with basic speed.
Faculty: In the 1st year, the chances of getting good teachers are less. There are some good ones, but you won't find many; however, they are helpful for sure. About the relevance of the course, we are being taught economics in the 2nd year in the CSE stream. The college is linked with MAKAUT, which gives tough exams and strict checking of answer sheets.
Other: There are many events every year. The campus crowd is not very large on regular days, but during exam times, it gets overcrowded. There are four lifts in the B.Tech building, and getting one during exam time is like catching a Mumbai local.

Don't go by the name, it’s totally a disastrous college.
Placements: They invite just service based companies in spite of showing banners of big product based companies. Only mass hiring happens by TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. The students having a certain GPA of 8 or above are given a chance which is how they show 100% placements total.
Infrastructure: The college has a very poor Library. Some classes have AC. There is no proper canteen or medical facilities available. There’s just a small playground for sports which is always occupied. In the campus, some construction is going on and the infrastructure totally bad. They just organize programs by asking for money.
Faculty: The teachers have Ph.D. degrees but no technical or industrial knowledge. The curriculum is totally outdated, they just introduced new branches of CSE like this one. I am enrolled in CSE (IOT) just to earn more. The examinations are totally rubbish, you just mug up and write. If you mug up, you get good marks.
Other: They organize good fest but charge money from 1st year students for the same. There’s no scope in the college, you have to do it all by yourself to survive. It’s just a wasteful tier 3 college. I chose my course to learn IOT and block chain technology, but there’s no scope as the faculty is not well trained to teach even programming, so how will they teach block chain.

I am satisfied with my college in terms of placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are fine. The average package is 8 LPA, and the highest package goes up to 30 LPA. Top companies like Google and Deloitte come for recruitment. Around 70 to 80 percent of students get placed in companies. The college provides internship opportunities to help students gain exposure to the corporate sector and understand how it works.
Infrastructure: For first-year students, AC rooms are rarely available. Wi-Fi is very slow and not reliable. Computer labs are good, and the canteen serves good food. Sports and games are rarely conducted. There is no basketball ground, no indoor sports facilities, and the cricket ground is very small, as is the football ground.
Faculty: The course curriculum resonates with today's world. It gives us appropriate skills to be industry-ready. Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable, but they are lazy and do not teach all the modules. Semester exams are not difficult at college. Teachers need to be more attentive towards students.
Other: I think the course is not among the well-known ones. Many students choose different paths. We learn many skills, like coding and building things. Events and fests are a big deal in this college. There are many extracurricular activities in the college.

It provides good placements for past 4-5 years. Satisfactory faculty and infrastructure.
Placements: Around 70 percent of students got placements. The highest package offered is 29 LPA. Top recruiting companies for the CSE are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. About 75 percent of students got internships in companies like Bosch, TCS, Cognizant, etc. Top roles offered are software developer, data analyst, system engineer, and machine learning analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure overall is fine. Free Wi-Fi is available on the whole campus, but signal strength is not good at places other than classrooms and offices. Labs are clean, and all equipment is available and in working condition. Classrooms do not have AC, and it's very hot during the summer. The library is nice with important books.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable. They explain every part clearly, but some teachers are rude and ignorant, especially the lab teachers. Overall, the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is relevant, offering students a good career in smart technology and automation. Semester exams are of a medium difficulty level, as 80-90 percent of students pass every year.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it provides more options for a career in different types of fields, like both software and hardware. They should teach important subjects from the first year instead of the same 12th-class topics. Regular events are held on the campus by various clubs for extracurricular activities like sports, culture, arts, etc.
