It is a good college to acquire knowledge and learn new things, except for placements.

Placements: Almost 40% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies of our college are HCL, TCS and Casagrand. Almost 70% of the students got an internship in Asian Paints, L&T, PWD-Chennai and Chennai Industrial Port Industry. Top roles offered to the students are planning and QS. Internships are very good, but placements are not up to the expected level.

Infrastructure: Classrooms and a library are good. Food, mess and hostel are in poor conditions, so it is better to bring home-made food to be healthy to study well. Medical facilities are available, but not to the extreme. Sports and games should be encouraged more, and they have huge ground facilities.

Faculty: The faculty members in our college are average. They are qualified, but not highly knowledgeable. They are helpful. The course is relevant, but it was below average to make students industry-ready. Masters in PhD teachers are minimum in number. Overall, the number of teachers is quite less.

Other: I have chosen this course because designing is my passion, and we can create new innovations. Practical knowledge regarding construction and designing should be included in 2 years itself. Events are good, but other activities are not up to the level.
