TKM College of Engineering.

Placements: More than 50% of students were placed from each branch last year. 16 LPA was the highest salary package provided last year. As I'm pursuing mechanical engineering, mechanical students are widely hired by L&T with a good salary package. Stipend internships are also being provided.

Infrastructure: We have good classrooms with projector systems and all. Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the college and each block in hostels. Everyone is allowed to use the Wi-Fi. Lab facilities are top-class, and updated systems are provided. Sports and games are highly promoted on our campus.

Faculty: Some teachers are so helpful, we have our own freedom inside the campus, also in the hostel, timings and all are so reliable. The curriculum is made simple by making it an autonomous college. The curriculum and questions are prepared by our faculty members themselves.

Other: This is the best college in Kerala to pursue mechanical engineering. Because our college provides the best placements with higher salary packages. Events and fests are held every month, the highlight is the techno-cultural fest 'Hestia.'

Review of TKM College - Thangal Kunju Musaliar College of Engineering.

Placements: Good placements are ensured. Top recruiting companies were TCS, Havels, Crompton Greaves, Bajaj Electrical, KSEB etc. The placement cell of our college did a great job. But the placements are usually high for IT companies. Placements in core fields are low.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are good, and the food is also good. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, libraries, canteens, digital library, seminar halls, amenities centres, etc., are available in our college. The college has good infrastructure and excellent labs.

Faculty: Professors in our college are well-qualified, and they provide excellent teaching. They provide assistance in extracurricular activities and events. The course curriculum is provided by the university, and it is good.

Other: Lots of events and extracurricular activities are conducted here.

Good and qualified teachers also with good placement.

Placements: About 70 to 75 % of students get placement almost every year and the minimum salary will be Rs, 76,000 per annum and the maximum will be about 4 to 5 LPA. The companies recruiting are Tcs, Mrf, Bajaj, Infosys, etc. More than 95 % of students will have internship offers and lots of opportunities are available.

Infrastructure: Many facilities and specialized labs are available in the camps for mechanical students and other students, labs like Cad lab, and mechanical workshop are available and a large library is also available for all reference. The hostel facilities are good and the food is also good. We have a college doctor for consulting.

Faculty: The teachers available are very helpful and qualified. They help us to clear all our doubts and problems. The course curriculum is very effective and good for knowing the details of the course. The semester exams are not very easy but average and the pass percentage of students in our college is 75%.

Other: I am a 1st-year student 2022 batch and college is amazing we have many internship programs, scholarships etc. There are also many fests coming and many programs in the college.

Best college life best teachers good quality education. Best placements. Best hostels .

Placements: Our college last year had the record placement percentage of 100% last year despite of the covid situation. About more than 15 lpa is offered is the maximum last year. Minimum of 2-3 lpa is guaranteed. Now this year already most of the students including me is placed. Its only been start of the 7 th semester.

Infrastructure: Best infrastructures possible. High quality library and great environment. Provides highspeed Wi-Fi. Classrooms are provided with smart projectors. The environment is so soothing. The college group is the best you'll see. All kinds of sports are supported and coached. Great physical education department.

Faculty: More that qualified teachers are here to help us study. High quality education is provided with the ease of study. The high end lab and workshops plays an important role in making us industry ready. Semester exam are equally tough and easy. Curriculum is great .

Other: Best fest in the south India "conjura" was conducted in our college. Now its hestia. And more and more sports and cultural fest .

Review of TKM College - Thangal Kunju Musaliar College of Engineering.

Placements: Many of my friends got placed from our college. The college fee is approximately 60,000. TCS and Wipro are the top recruiting companies. 50% of students got jobs in many companies. Many students got placed on campus. Many of my friends are now engineers in small and big companies.

Infrastructure: Our college has a very good infrastructure. It has good classrooms, workshops etc. We do not have Wi-Fi in our college. The library is very neat. It has many good books. We do new projects with the help of those books. The hostel is shabby. The hostel food is not good. We have many sports options and good medical care.

Faculty: Our teachers are highly qualified. They are old but very intelligent and good at teaching. They are a bit strict and also a bit friendly. We have a good curriculum. Semester exams are difficult. 50% of students pass the exams because the syllabus is tough.

Other: I chose mechanical engineering. Events are the highlights of our campus, like Hestia.

Placements: Our college helps well in placements. Almost 80% of students from our course get placed. The highest and lowest salary packages are provided to the students. Top recruiting companies like Apollo, Tata, etc., visit our college for placements. About 72% of students got an internship in companies like Apollo, etc. The top roles offers are chief mechanical officer, CEO, etc.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good facilities and infrastructure. The hostel is much better. The college has good labs and provides every student to achieve a great high. Our college provides facilities like good Wi-Fi, better labs and good classrooms. It has a better library for a healthy mind. The hostels are good with good food. It has a hygienic canteen and good medical facilities. We can also engage in games and sports.

Faculty: Teachers are good at communication and helpful. They are highly qualified and have good knowledge. They all have a better teaching quality. They have good experience in teaching for several years. The course curriculum is so relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are a bit tough, and they are much easier for good students. The pass percentage is 96%.

Other: I have chosen this course because this course is much better for my future plans. The best thing about our course is the practical sessions, which are good for the future. I suggest improving a little bit in the theory session. The campus organises many events and fests. The campus is crowded. There are good campus surroundings. Our college provides a good scholarship program. Our college encourages extracurricular activities.

It is a state government-aided institute. Good ambience and good faculty.

Placements: Approximately 63% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Companies like MRF, Apollo, Mahindra, Tata, are the top recruiters. Roles of officers and trainees are offered. The highest salary package offered in our course was 12 LPA. The lowest salary package offered in our course was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered in our course was 4 LPA. Almost 89% of the students got internships in HAL, NTPC, IITs, and in various foreign universities as research interns.

Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. There are plenty of spacious smart classrooms. Labs are equipped with modern equipment and good instructors. Library holds more than 10,000 books and unlimited E-books. Both the quantity and quality of hostel food are uncompromising. The canteen served good quality food at a low price, and hygiene is too good. The medical facility is there on the campus, but it is of no use. TKMCE holds a good position in both inter-college and intra-university sports and games.

Faculty: Teachers here are highly qualified professionals. Most of them had their masters from IITs and NITs. Teaching quality is outstanding. With the latest updates, the curriculum became well suitable for bringing up a good professional. The updated curriculum is industry-oriented, and it also makes students ready for their own startups.

Other: As I am an automobile enthusiast and like to study about machines and its working, this course suits me. The best thing is mechanical engineering brings the best designer, engineer and human in you. It teaches us how to face different situations. I wish if the classes were taken in the industries allowing us to more interact with core rather than theories in the classroom. Our branch is usually considered not-girl friendly. It is a misconception among society. Techno-cultural fest and events have reached throughout the state and beyond state. Some national conference and events are conducted here. Campus always support extracurricular activities. There are many students who took part in national games. TKMCE student's team made remarkable victories in national SAE events and Continental ASME fests.

It has good faculty members. It provided pretty good placements in the year 2019.

Placements: About 45% of students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA. South Indian Bank, MRF and Fleet visited our campus for placements. Top roles like maintenance and production engineers are offered to the students. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. I got selected in Infosys with a salary package of 3.6 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 3.6-4 LPA. Every student is provided with a chance to get 3 placements. Most of the students with an IT job managed to get a core job also.

Infrastructure: The college hostel is pretty good with better quality food. Wi-Fi facility is available in the hostels. Classrooms are equipped with a projector, and around 4-5 students sit on a bench. The library has a wide variety of books in both academic and non-academic topics. Separately, every department has its own department libraries.

Faculty: The mechanical department has experienced professors who are ready to clarify every doubt. They help us in both academic and non-academic activities. Most of the professors are postgraduates and doctorates from IITs. Almost all of them owns limitations on products in their respective fields.

Other: Students who like machines should choose mechanical engineering. It is considered as the evergreen department as demand for mechanical engineers never falls. The college organises many events like Hestia, and it is formerly known as Conjura. It is South India's largest techno-cultural fest. Every year, TKM conducts many small events also.
