RSET, for better placements and careers.
Placements: More than 90% of students got placed, with CSE students forming the majority. Other branch's students also got placed. Almost all students from my course, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, got placed because most companies are looking for control engineers. I don't know about the highest salary packages, but the lowest package is 4.5 LPA. I can't list the entire list of companies as it is a very huge list. The top recruiters are Wipro, Infosys, Mercedes Benz, Indian oil, HP, etc. Top roles include control engineer, signal processing, etc.
Infrastructure: All the facilities are there including Wi-Fi, labs with the latest model equipment, classrooms with proper ventilation and smart screens, and two libraries- one inside the main building and other in the center of spine trees providing the best ambience. I'm staying in their men's hostel 'Sanjoe', which I can say, is the best hostel and mess. The mess provides tasty foods, especially the lunch. There are three men's hostel 'Sanjoe 1, Sanjoe 2 and Sanjoe 3'. I'm staying in Sanjoe 2, which is renovated. The rooms are good. Other hostel rooms are not much better. Medical facilities are available and sports and games are also good, with huge playgrounds maintained by the workers.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. They are qualified in their field and have a lot of experience. There are so many senior faculty members who provide best quality education. Faculty members are very helpful, if you are scoring lower marks and have poor academic performance, they will help by providing remedial classes and doubt clearance sessions to improve your performance. As it is an autonomous institution, the exams are reasonably difficult. You can easily pass the exams if you concentrate in your classes. Pass percentage: 85% .
Other: Teach fest is there called 'Abhiyantriki'. Cultural fest: 'Bharatham' .

Our college and the hostel are the best.
Placements: Around 10-20% of students got placed in our college. The average salary offered ranges between Rs.70,000 - Rs.100000 per month. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, Hitachi, Google, etc. Around 2-5% of students got internships from our college in various private companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all facilities. Our classrooms are well-maintained and well-cleaned. The library is available for students. The hostel has a good Wi-Fi connection. The quality of the food is above average.
Faculty: Many teachers are qualified. Their teaching quality is good. They always clear our doubts. The course curriculum is sufficient. The course curriculum is based on practicals so it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are moderately hard. The pass percentage of our college is 50%.
Other: I have been looking for mechatronics, which is not found in Kerala colleges, so I applied to electronics which is the easy choice. Events are very well held in our college. Our college organises adequate tournaments for different sports and games. Extracurricular activities are conducted in our college.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty members but the college has high standard facilities.
Placements: In our course, almost 80% of students were placed in various companies. Almost every student is allowed for placements including students with backlogs with some conditions. The minimum salary package offered is from 3 LPA to 8 LPA in our course and it's pretty decent.
Infrastructure: The facilities, labs, and the garden are world-class in our college. The infrastructure and classrooms are good and of a high standard. Wi-Fi is stable and fast. The college has a big library. Hostel food is average but hostel facilities are good. Overall, the campus atmosphere is eco-friendly.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are highly qualified and have good knowledge. But, teaching depends on each faculty's personal ability. All teachers are not student friendly and most of them are very strict and selfish. This course makes students industry-ready. Semesters 3, 4, 5, and 6 are difficult.
Other: My course has good opportunities in the Middle East and Europe. My course helps me to find jobs in both electronics and instrumentation-related fields.

Good place for best career and have some best time.
Placements: Rajagiri have a good placement percentage of its outgoing students. However, they mainly get placed in IT fields as core jobs are very rare. The RSET Alumni also plays a lead role in helping Rajagiri to increase the placement rate. As a result, many of them are placed in BPO or IT companies.
Infrastructure: We have high-speed Wi-Fi, but password protected and not accessible to students. The classrooms are pretty good with each class having a projector. Rajagiri has a very good library of all types of books, and the sports and games are least important to Rajagiri, but it has 2 good basketball courts, a football and tennis court on the campus.
Faculty: The teachers of applied electronics and instrumentation were the best among all the other departments. They are quite supportive and also encourage us in all the fields. The best memories I had because of these faculty members. The course was also perfectly constructed under MG University.

RRSET,Kakkanad is ranked in the top 100 colleges in India, with great placements and infrastructure
Placements: Our college is known for its campus placements. My batch of 2016 had companies like Mu Sigma, Wipro, Infosys, CTS, Verizon, Mytrah, E&Y, Bosch, Tech Mahindra, Ruby Seven and Amazon to name a few. About 402 students got placed with an average percentage of 97. The highest package was about 6.5 lacs (Think and Learn) and the lowest was 2.4 Lacs offered by Hindhuja Global. Posts were Junior engineer, testing engineer, systems engineer and so on. Internships with a stipend of up to 25000 (BPCL) per month were offered to students.
Infrastructure: Rajagiri is also known for its campus and infrastructure. We have Wi-Fi available on the campus, smart classrooms with projectors, libraries with a large reading space and systems for e-learning. We have two medical staff members and first-aid facilities for any case of emergencies. We have separate football cricket grounds, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Labs are spacious and have a good number of systems. Canteens provide all sorts of veg/non-veg food. Hostel facilities are also maintained well.
Faculty: Faculty members are mostly qualified professionals, with Ph.Ds and knowledge about the industries. Teaching methods are also the most updated ones which have won the NAAC accreditation recently. The curriculum our batch followed was by MGU which had less exposure on industries but currently, KTU has the most updated curriculum to my knowledge.
Other: The fee structure is same for merit and management seats which can be amended with a better ratio. Students with 3-digit ranks are also offered a free course. Students with a CGPA above 8 are also offered a cash prize of 5000 per semester. These are major steps by the college to support students in bringing great results.

One of the top 5 colleges in Kerala.
Placements: We have the best placement cell among the private colleges in Kerala. We stand under the top 5 colleges in placements in Kerala. We even have an international placement. A company in Japan. 90% of the eligible students have been placed. The companies that visited us include IBM, Amazon, Wipro, Infosys, CTS, EY and Delloite etc. to name a few. Around 65 companies have done recruitments from our college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi enabled campus, Wi-Fi enabled hostels and a huge library. We have a doctor on call and also an ambulance, a huge ground, a highly maintained football ground, a KCCL authorised cricket ground, 2 basketball courts, a tennis courts, highly equipped labs and a newly high functioning block is under construction.
Faculty: Highly knowledgeable faculty members. Very helpful. Always finish their portions on time. Minimum of 10 faculty members in a department. Includes professors assistant professor and HOD. All of them are highly qualified. Some faculty members have industrial exposure for many years and even ISRO. The curriculum used in MG University.

An academically-oriented professional college.
Placements: The placement cell claims to have almost 90% and above placements for the students who are eligible to sit for it, and it is quite accurate. The companies that come over are usually from the IT industry, and core companies like Bosch and MRF Tyres etc do conduct their placement drives here too. They ensure the placement training as well before letting us sit for any placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is another top notch facility here. The labs are well-equipped with the components and working materials. Wi-Fi is available for laptops, but mobile phones are strictly not allowed and the library does offer a vivid range of books. The canteen food is quite average but there are a lot of options of food outlets to eat from. The scenic beauty is pretty good.
Faculty: The faculty team in our department is very supportive for research and project works, and they ensure proper guidance. But unfortunately, our course curriculum is not advanced enough to cope up with the present technology. Although the new batches are affiliated to a different university, workshops etc are held to support our university students and level us up with the current scenario. The college is entirely academically-oriented, hence they do not really support us for any cultural activities and extracurriculars.
Other: If you are expecting a college that is filled with fun and joy, this is not the place for you. The courses are mostly academically-oriented and they only train you professionally. In conclusion, it is an average private self-financing college with more attention given to academics.

High placements, good infrastructure, below average hostel food, much regressive response to arts.
Placements: The college has got one of the highest placement rates among the management colleges in Kerala. The placements are offered during the seventh semester of the curriculum according to the criteria placed by the companies which come for the placement. Almost 85%-90% of students who were eligible to attend the placement drive got placed in various firms as per the previous placement records. Core companies including Samsung, Bosch, MRF etc and numerous IT firms offer placement opportunities to the students.
Infrastructure: The college has got splendid infrastructural facilities for the students and faculty members. The classrooms and labs offer modern facilities and teaching aids. They have also got a huge library with a wide collection of various technical and non-technical publications. Cricket ground, basketball court, tennis court and gym can also be rated as good. But, the hostel food is not satisfactory.
Faculty: The college has got a group of highly qualified faculty members who are highly cooperative and understanding (applied electronics and instrumentation department). They come up with great ideas to bring out the talents in the students. But, the students get the least industrial exposure from the college as the college does not initiate any industrial visits or training for the students. Arts is not much supported by the college.
