Honest review about Vasavi College.
Placements: There are courses like computer science, computer science with artificial intelligence and machine learning specialisation, IT, ECE, EEE, mechanical, and civil. Most of the students including myself will choose CSE, CSM (computer science with AI specialisation) or IT in the available options.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of labs is good and well-maintained. There is no college hostel in this college. You have to stay in a private hostel outside the college. If you wish to stay in the hostel for any of the reasons, there are plenty of hostels nearby, so you can choose any of them.
Faculty: The curriculum is mostly study-based and has less free time. If you are a studious student just like me, you can enjoy this too. We have fewer extracurricular activities and can actively participate in all of them if you wish to. There are 3 exams per semester, two are minds and one is the semester-end examination.
Other: There will be less extracurricular activities compared to other top 5 colleges. But if you want to study hard for your future placements, you can definitely choose this college. If you want to have good studies along with extracurricular activities, you can go to CBIT or VNR.

Vasavi College of Engineering.
Placements: Almost 80 to 90 percent of the students can get a placement. The highest package is 45 Lacs per annum, and the average package is 9 Lacs per annum. Almost 70 percent of the students get an internship. Top recruitment companies are TCS, Infosys, Google, and Microsoft, etc.
Infrastructure: There are 5 buildings in our college. Each building has 2-3 Wi-Fi connections on each floor. The library was good and contains almost 1500-2000 books. Classrooms were good, and each class has one projector. There is no hostel in our college. Canteen food was average. One period for sports is conducted every week.
Faculty: College faculty was good and well-educated. They help by giving instructions for our mini projects and projects. Curriculum was good, and it is as per OU college. An average student can write the semester exams easily. Almost 85-90 percent is the pass percentage.
Other: I have taken Information Technology because I like this course. From this course, we can learn about computer systems. We have one fest called Euphoria, which is held in the month of April. Campus crowd is almost 5000 to 6000 people.

Absolutely satisfied with the college infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: Above 75 percent of students of our course are placed. The highest package is above 50 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. The average package will be in the range of 7-10 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Cognizant, and Infosys. Around 10 to 20 percent of students got internships from our course from companies like Providence and ServiceNow.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are a little old-fashioned, but when it comes to labs, our college has good equipment, and it is one of the things that I like about our college. Good Wi-Fi connectivity is also provided. Our college has no hostel facility for the students, but there are hostels nearby.
Faculty: Teaching quality is very good. Every first Monday of the month, a session will be held to give feedback regarding the teaching. The course curriculum is relevant to the corporate industry. The semester exam difficulty level ranges from moderate to difficult. The pass percentage is 40 percent.
Other: It will be better if we have more internship opportunities.

Placements: Almost 98% students got placed in my course. The highest package is 80 lakhs. Google is the top recruiting company in my course.
40% students got internship opportunities in GAP, DBS, Amazon, etc. The top role offered in the course is software development.
Infrastructure: The course contains separate labs for separate subjects. Wi-Fi is available in every lab and also throughout the college. There is also a cafeteria in the college. Food is good. There is also a medical room for medical facilities. And a sports room and indoor games are also available. And a ground that includes volleyball, basketball, football and cricket.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly qualified in their respective subjects. The explanation is crystal clear. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant. Yes, it makes students ready for industry. The exam level is high at the college and strict. 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: I am interested in solving problems and in coding. Techniques used to solve problems. No, this course is absolutely fine; there is nothing to change. There will be an event year named Euphoria.

The schedules are clear, and results are up-to-date. They also provide training if you are weak in communication abilities, ensuring a 100 percent placement guarantee.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at Vasavi College of Engineering is excellent. All the labs are equipped with the latest technology. The college has sports grounds and many clubs to participate in.
