Commerce is a popular field of study among students after Class 12. Those who have an interest in financial information/transactions, trading of economic value, etc. often consider studying Commerce subjects after Class 12. The Commerce course can be pursued at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate level. UG level Commerce courses offered to aspirants include BCom, BBA, CA, CS, BBA LLB, BBM, BSc, etc. At the PG level, popular Commerce programs are MCom, MBA, MPhil, MSc, etc. Generally speaking, UG courses in Commerce are of three years duration whereas; PG and Doctoral programmes are of two years duration.

The tuition fees for BCom course at IT-AP is INR 1.1 Lacs while the BCom (hons) fees is INR 1.65 Lacs for the academic year 2026.
Candidates are charged the aforementioned tuition fees at per annum basis at INR 55,000 each year.

The four year BCom (hons) fees at VIT-AP is INR 1.68 Lacs for the academic year 2026. The aforementioned fees only applies to the BCom (hons) in Finance course offered by VIT-AP and is charged on per annum basis.
