DEED Counseling 2025 - The DJ Academy of Design, Coimbatore, will conduct the counseling process for DEED 2025 soon after the results are declared.
The institute will release the counseling schedule on its admission portal. Candidates who have qualified in the DEED 2025 exam can participate in the counselling process. The candidate can check their qualifying status in the DEED 2025 results. DEED 2025 counselling will be conducted online. The counseling process will include the release of a shortlist that will include the names of candidates selected for admission. Candidates who are included in the shortlist will have to pay the seat-acceptance fee and confirm their admission. At the time of counseling, shortlisted candidates have to bring their documents in original and get them verified. The allotment of seats will be based on the DEED 2025 merit rank of the candidate.

Release of DEED Merit List 2025
The merit list-cum-seat allotment of DEED 2025 will be done based on the performance of the candidate in the written exam and personal interview. The merit list will be released online at the admission portal of the institute and can be downloaded by entering log-in credentials.
Candidates who are included in the merit list will have to pay the admission fee within the given deadline and confirm their seats. If the payment is not made, the allotment will be canceled and allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit.

During the personal interview, the purpose is to evaluate the design aptitude of the applicant. Further, the candidate's skills in Sketching, Visualization, Creativity, and Sense of understanding & solving problems will also be evaluated. The candidates must present a Work Portfolio (Portfolio of their work) to the panel of the selection jury during the Personal Interview. The portfolio could include any creative work done by the student (such as drawings, paintings, photographs, films/ videos made by the student, craftwork, projects, models, etc.)

How to Check DEED Merit List 2025
To view the merit list, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Visit the official website - https://djad.in/
Step 2: Click on the 'PI result' tab
Step 3: Fill in your login credentials, i.e., DJAD ID / EMAIL ID and Password
Step 4: The list will be displayed
Step 5: You can now check if you have been shortlisted or not
Note: The merit list of provisionally selected candidates will include information such as the candidate's name and roll number, category, and program name. Shortlisted candidates must confirm their acceptance by paying the appropriate amount within the deadline. Candidates who fail to pay the admission fee by the deadline risk losing their admission claim.
DJ Academy of Design conducts DEED counseling to provide admission to candidates in Design courses offered at its Coimbatore campus. Courses offered at the DJAD campus include BDes and MDes courses in Industrial Design (IND) and Communication Design (CND) streams. The merit list is prepared by DJAD authorities based on candidates' performance in the online interview as well as marks obtained in class 12 for the B.Des and Undergraduate course for M.Des.

B.Des Course Fee
