NIFT entrance examination is Institutional based examination which will only help you to get into NIFT whereas UCEED is a common Entrance Examination which is accepted by many design colleges and universities. They have to select yarn, colour for the yarn, and dyes for making new fabrics. The Fashion designers, on the other hand, use the fabric developed by the textile designer to create new designs for clothes.
