AEEE Application Form 2026 (Out): Registration Link Active, How to Apply, Documents Required

Aspirants can apply for Amrita BTech admission 2026 via AEEE scores and also via JEE Main scores. Aspirants can also opt to apply with scores from both exams. 70% of the seats are allotted via AEEE scores, and the rest of the 30% seats are filled based on JEE Main ranks. 

Candidates can apply for the AEEE 2026 exam using AOAP. The application form is made available on the official university website. Candidates can access the direct link to apply for AEEE 2026 here:

Amrita University launches the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP). This portal is dedicated to candidates applying for admission to BTech courses. This is a common portal for AEEE registration, fee payment, slot booking, admit card download, result announcement and also counselling. On successful registration of AEEE, candidates get login details using which they can access the AOAP for any above-mentioned activities.

Important instructions regarding the application fee payment:

• The application fee can be paid online either by credit/debit card or net banking. In case the examination fee is paid through a credit card/debit card, the candidates may have to pay additional processing charges to the concerned bank.
• Please note that fees submitted through any other mode, like money order, demand draft, IPO, etc., are not accepted for online applications.
• Application fees once paid will not be refunded (full or partial) under any circumstances.
• Candidates can post their payment queries in the Query Management System in the Amrita Online Application Portal (AOAP) to get a faster response.

Academic Profile, documents upload, and JEE Mains scores may be entered after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill the same at the time of filling out the application. Also, candidates who have appeared in Phase I of the AEEE 2026 examination can also appear for Phase II examination by paying an additional fee of INR 600. This is an opportunity given to the candidates to improve their scores.

• On website, candidates have to register for AEEE using their name, mobile number, email id, state and city.

In this step, candidates have to enter the following details:

• Aadhaar Number
• State which you belong to

• Address Line 1
• Address Line 2
• Photo and signature Upload

• Here candidates have to enter Name of Parent / Guardian
• The Email address and Phone number of Parent / Guardian

• Candidates have to choose state where they completed +2
• Note to indicate that responsibility of entering correct data lies with candidate and university will not be responsible for not getting communication if wrong data is entered

Register for AEEE

Now, candidates have to register for AEEE. In this step, candidates have to select following details:

• Choose three cities where you wish to attend AEEE 2026 in CBT mode
• Do you want to consider based on JEE CRL Rank?

Preview of AEEE 2026 application

• After submitting all details, candidates can check filled application form by using preview option.
• In case candidates have made any mistakes in application form, they can get them corrected or edit data and save it.
• After checking all details, candidates can move to payment page.

Payment of application fees

• Application fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Candidates have to enter the following details in the AEEE application form:

• Personal Profile (Name, Address & Contact details, upload Photograph, Signature)
• Application Details (Available courses to be selected)
• Payment (Cost of application for the relevant courses)
• Academic Profile (Marks of the qualifying examination & year, Last attended school, etc.)
• Upload Documents

Note that: Academic Profile, documents upload and JEE Mains scores may be entered after the publication of the results. It is not mandatory to fill the same at the time of filling out the application. Candidates who have appeared in Phase I of the AEEE 2026 examination can also appear for Phase II examination by paying an additional fee of INR 600. Candidates must note that no separate form correction window opens for AEEE. Therefore, candidates must make any changes to the form before the final submission. However, candidates may correct/modify some of the particulars of the application data before the commencement of Seat Allotment. The name of the candidate and their parents’ names in the application form must exactly be the same as registered in the Class 10th Certificate. Prefix/titles such as Mr./Shri/Fr/Dr/Mrs./Smt./Col etc., must not be used.

Also, keep in mind that requests for change in date in the form are not accepted through phone/fax/e-mail etc. The candidates are advised not to send hard copies of the online application to the University. However, the candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application, i.e., the acknowledgement page, for future reference or correspondence, if any. Additionally, candidates may check the status of their application online on the official website within their respective logins.
