Engineering programmes in India are offered across various specialisations. Some of the prominent ones include Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Aerospace Engineering.
IIIT Kota offers UG, PG and PhD course in various specialisations. BTech is the flagship course offered by the Institution. IIIT Kota offers a four-year BTech programme in two specialisations in full-time mode. These include Computer Science Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. IIIT Kota admission to the flagship BTech course is completely entrance-based. Interested candidates are required to apply and appear for JEE Main.
BTech is the best course offered by IIIT Bhagalpur. At the undergraduate level, IIIT Bhagalpur offers a four-year BTech programme in four specialisations in full-time mode. These include Computer Science Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechatronics and Automation Engineering and Mathematics & Computing. IIIT Bhagalpur admission to the flagship BTech course is completely entrance-based. Interested candidates are required to apply and appear for JEE Main. After qualifying for the exam, they are required to undergo JoSAA/ CSAB Counselling for final seat allotment.

Admission & Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Courses
Candidates seeking admission in the BTech and dual degree (BTech+MTech) programmes offered at IIITs, must have secured a minimum of 75% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. Admission to these courses is based on a national level engineering entrance exam and joint counselling. The IIIT admission process includes:
IIIT Kancheepuram offers a BTech course at the undergraduate level. The institute offers two-year full-time MTech and MDes courses at the postgraduate level. Apart from the UG and PG courses, the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Kancheepuram also offers a few PhD courses at the doctoral level. All the courses are offered in a full-time mode.
The modes of IIIT Kalyani admission are offline and online. Admission to various postgraduate and undergraduate courses is based on scores of entrance tests and merit. At the undergraduate level, the college offers four-year BTech courses to students. At the postgraduate level, the college offers two to three-year MTech programmes to students. Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Kalyani, West Bengal also provides PhD programmes to students. MTech is provided in two specialisations, namely Artificial Intelligence and Data Science and Advanced Communication Systems and Signal Processing. The accepted entrance exams are JEE Main, GATE, and others. Candidates must study according to the JEE Main pattern, attempt the JEE Main question paper, and score well in entrance exams.
Yes, candidates are required to submit proof of domicile in case availing the home-state quota in NITs. It is only NIT where admission is offered against the Home State quota.
Candidates home state is determined based on the state from which you appear for your 12th board exam and on the basis of the state to which you belong.
Candidates seeking admission to MTech programmes need to have a valid GATE score while MBA admissions at IIITs are done through CAT. Admissions to the PhD programmes offered at IIITs are done on the basis of an in-house admission test and personal interview.

IIIT Tiruchirapalli provides undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD programmes. The courses offered by IIIT Tiruchirapalli include BTech, MTech, and PhD.
