JEE Main Cutoff 2024 for IIITs

Factors determining IIIT Cut off for JEE Main
IIIT cut-offs are determined based on the following factors taken into account for admission to BTech courses.
- Number of aspirants appearing for the exam
- Performance of candidates in JEE Mains exam
- The difficulty level of the exam
- Previous year JEE Main cut-off trends
- Total number of seats available
IIIT Cut off for BTech courses
JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority) has declared six rounds of IIIT cutoffs for admission through JEE Main. JoSAA cutoffs are the category and course-wise opening and closing ranks for all the participating institutes. Candidates who will have scores above the JoSAA 2023 cut-off will only be allowed to participate in the counselling process held for admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs and CFTIs.
JoSAA counselling and seat allotment process will be held based on ranks obtained by candidates in JEE Main and JEE Advanced. To be eligible for JoSAA counselling, candidates need to clear JEE Main for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs and both Mains and JEE Advanced for admission to IITs.

IIIT Admission Process
The process of IIIT admission includes registration for JoSAA counselling by filling the choices of institutes and branches. The JoSAA authority will allot seats in various rounds as per the schedule. Students have to check their seat allotment results post which they need to report to the allotted institute. The selection of candidates depends on securing ranks based on JEE Main results.
