SRMJEEE 2021 Admit Card/Hall Ticket: Know download procedure

SRMJEEE admit card 2021 will be issued by the SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) tentatively in the second week of April. Read the below article to know about various details related to the admit card.

SRMJEEE 2021 admit card will be released by the SRM Institute of Science & Technology tentatively in the second week of April. Candidates will be able to download their SRMJEEE 2021 admit card only after completing the slot booking process through Online Test Booking System (OTBS). Students can check all the details related to the admit card below. 

Candidates will get access to their SRM admit card after the successful completion of the slot booking process. Students can use the Online Test Booking System (OTBS) to book their exam slots online. And as we all know without admit cards candidates will not be able to appear for the exam. So, it is advised that all the candidates must complete the slot booking process.

SRM admit card will have details such as candidate’s name, father’s name, exam date, exam time, test centre address, etc. Candidates need to enter their application number and password to download the admit card for SRMJEEE from the official website. Candidates must note that the admit card/hall ticket cannot be transferred to any other person. The admit card of SRMJEEE should be preserved until the entire admission process of admission to the SRMIST is complete. And also SRM admit card needs to be presented to the invigilators during the exam and without the hall ticket they won’t be allowed to sit for the test.

Step 2: Click on the SRMJEEE admit card tab

Step 3: Enter the SRMJEEE registration/application number and password 

Step 4: After login, download SRMJEEE admit card

Discrepancy in SRMJEEE Admit Card

Candidates need to be very careful while filling the application for SRMJEEE because a single mistake may cause a discrepancy on the admit card of SRMJEEE. Check the below points for the better understanding:

• If the spelling of name or information in the SRMJEEE admit card differs from the identity proof, then the candidate will be stopped from appearing in the exam.
• Candidates will not be able to rectify their mistakes online. However, correction can be done along with the valid documents to prove the requirement for modification. 
• In case of any discrepancy, reach out to the director of council SRM University and try to solve the issue or can write an email to the director.cr@srmuniv.ac.in for admit card correction purpose. 
• On finding an invalid document to support the admit card, the exam officer might cancel the examinee’s right to appear for the exam.

SRMJEEE Hall Ticket: General Guidelines

• The hall ticket will be issued only to those eligible candidates who have submitted their application form complete in all respects, on or before the last date as specified.
• Candidate must not tamper with the hall ticket or alter any entry made therein after it has been authenticated.
• The hall ticket is not transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offense.
• The hall ticket is an important document. It should be preserved and produced at the time of counselling and admission. The candidate must bring his/her Aadhar Card along with
  the hall ticket.
• Hall Ticket not received due to the application being incomplete: SRMJCCA is not responsible for informing students about their incomplete applications. Candidates are advised to double-check that the application form is complete in all respects before posting it.

SRMJEEE 2021 Exam Day Instructions

Every candidate must know the important instructions regarding the examination centre and exam hall. Read the guidelines below:

• Candidate should not forget to carry SRMJJEEE admit card.
• Candidates must carry one valid photo ID proof with them such as (PAN card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card/Aadhaar Enrolment Receipt/ Ration Card).
• All are required to produce the Hall Ticket and the original id proof (which bears the photograph and date of birth of the candidate) at the registration desk without which entry will
  not be allowed.
• At the registration desk, candidates' identity will be verified, hall ticket will be scanned, a photograph will be captured, and only then they will be assigned a computer.
• For working purpose, a rough sheet will be provided at the workstation. All rough work should be done on this sheet and no additional material will be given for rough work.
• Reach the exam centre at least 45 minutes before to avoid a last-minute rush.
• Candidates must visit the exam centre in advance.
• Electronic devices like mobile phones/smartphones, calculators and digital watches are allowed at the examination hall.
• No paper, textual or printed material is allowed inside the exam hall.
• Always carry extra stationery items like pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener, etc.
• The administrator is authorised to dismiss any candidate for the rest of the session for any of the following reasons:

a. Creating disturbance

b. Attempting to take the test on behalf of someone else

c. Talking to other examinees

d. Attempting to tamper with the computer system – either hardware or software

e. Having calculators, slide rules, pagers, cellphones, concealed microphones, wireless devices or any other material that may aid in answering questions
