BITS HD Application Form 2026 – Important Guidelines
- Candidates can apply online from the BITS HD official website
- Only one application form will be accepted for admission to ME/MTech programmes.
- Admission to ME in software systems will be based on BITS HD scores
- GATE scores of 2026, 2025, and 2024 will be accepted for admission.
- For GPAT, scores of 2026, 2025, and 2024 will be accepted for admission.
- Students admitted through BITS HD/ GATE/GPAT will receive a stipend amount of INR 13, 400/- per month.
- All students who will receive fee waiver or stipend will have to contribute to graduate student teaching assistantship of 8 to 10 hours per week. It will be as per the institute norms.

Candidates who have registered for the exam will be able to admit card in the third week of May 2026. While filling BITS HD 2026 application form, students can choose at least three options for BITS HD exam centre, and will be allotted in one. To download admit card, candidates need to provide their credentials - registration number, date of birth, and password.
