How to access the MET Slot Booking 2026 facility?
MET 2026 slot booking process will be open online. The given steps can be followed by the candidates to access the online facility.
Step 1 - Login: In the first step, the candidates will have to go to manipal.edu and click on the slot booking link. To log in, the candidates will have to enter their MET 2026 application form number and OTBS Password, i.e., their date of birth in the format of DDMMYYYY. After logging in, the candidates will be able to change their passwords as per their preference.
Step 2 - Verification of Profile Information: Next, the candidates will be required to verify their details displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. After verification, candidates will have to click on the 'Book a seat' tab. The selection of the preferred test city under the “City” dropdown list has to be done.
Step 3 - Booking slots - exam city, date and time: Candidates will have to follow the given steps to book their slots.
- Select the preferred date
- Select “Test centre name” from the dropdown. If the city has multiple test centres, the same will be displayed. The selection of the preferred test centre has to be made.
- After selection, the Test centre address will be displayed along with the number of vacant seats available for booking on each day/slot
- Once the exam date and slot are selected, the candidates will have to click on 'Book' to book the slot
Step 4 - Confirmation of slots: Candidates will have to press 'OK' to proceed. On clicking, a dialogue box will appear showing the selected test centre address details, the date and the slot of examinations. Click on 'Confirm' to book the slot or 'Cancel' to resume
