Overview

MET Admit Card 2026: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has released MET hall ticket 2026 for Phase 2. Registered candidates can now download Manipal entrance test admit card 2026 through Online Test Booking System (OTBS) portal. To login, they will have to use their MAHE application number and OTBS password. Candidates can use their date of birth in DDMMYYYY format as their MET OTBS password. However, if they have changed their password during MET slot booking 2026, the new one has to be used for login. Candidates can check their allotted slot, centre, timings and more through MET admit card 2026.

How to download MET 2026 hall ticket?

MAHE has released MET 2026 admit card for Phase 2 exam. Candidates can download their hall ticket and bring it to allotted MET exam centres 2026 for identification verification. Candidates have to follow steps given below to download their admit card. Separate hall tickets are released for different phases of MET exam 2026.

MET 2026 Exam Day Instructions

MET 2026 exam day guidelines are available in admit card. Candidates can check some important MET 2026 exam day instructions given below to complete examination without any issues.

  • Candidates should arrive atleast an hour before exam starts to complete their security and frisking process.
  • Hall ticket and one valid photo ID proof are required for verification.
  • Electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches are not allowed.
  • Textual or printed materials will also be allowed.
  • Candidates will not be able to enter the exam center after the exam starts. Similarly, they cannot leave the venue before examination ends.
  • Usage of unfair means will not be tolerated.

  • All clothes should be plain and simply layered so that frisking can be completed easily.
  • Women can opt to wear simple kurtis or salwar suits with dupattas.
  • Should avoid wearing heavily layered clothes, jackets, hoodies, etc.
  • No caps should be worn.
  • Clothes with large pockets should be avoided.
  • Hair accessories such as clips are not allowed.
  • Don’t wear boots, heavy shoes or high heels

MET slot booking will be open online. If students forget to book exam slots before final date, then their slot will be automatically assigned by authorities. They cannot change their exam slots, once it is allotted.

Q:   Will MET be held as an online test?

MET will be conducted as an online test. Students will have to report to exam centres. MET will be held in available systems at exam centre. Offline exam will not be held.

Q:   How is MET centre allocated?

While filling online application form, candidates have to fill their choice of MET exam centre. Allotment of centres will be done according to preference and availability.

Q:   What are the last minute MET preparation tips?

Students should not study new chapters or concepts before exam. They should focus on previously studied chapters and work on them.

Mock tests are beneficial during the preparation process since it will help the students to understand how the examination will be conducted. MET is an annual exam conducted in two sessions to select students for BTech admissions into its participating campuses. Students have to qualify the entrance exam to be eligible for admissions. One or both sessions of the entrance exam can be attempted.
