RRB NTPC Application Form 2025 (OUT): Apply Online Here for CEN No. 06 & 07/2025

RRBs provide candidates with the facility to modify RRB NTPC application form. Candidates can modify the details entered in the application form online by paying the required modification fees. The process how candidates can modify the details entered in the application form are given below:

• Login using Registration Number and Password
• Pay modification fee through any of the modes available for actual examination fee payment. Ensure payment is done well within the date and time prescribed
• Click on the Modify Application‘ Button
• Proceed with the changes intended as per instructions given and submit the application. Preserve the print out of the latest application for record

After final submission of RRB NTPC application form, in case candidates wish to make minor changes in the application form other than RRB email and mobile number, can do so by paying the modification fee of INR 100. The modification fee is applicable to all candidates including fee concession categories and this fee is not refunded for any category. In case, candidates wish to change their communities (from SC/ST to your/OBC), they need to pay the difference in examination fee I. e. INR 250 in addition to the modification fee. Similarly, if a candidate is switching from Ex.SM/PwBD/Female/Transgender to your/OBC (NCL)/Non Ex.SM/Non PwBD/Male etc. , need to pay the difference in examination fee I. e. INR 250 in addition to the modification fee.

Candidates who appear in the first stage CBT are eligible for the refund of examination fee as per details. Candidates belonging to SC / ST/ ExSM/ PwBD/ Female/ Minority/EBC/Transgender categories will be entitled to get a full refund of their examination fees, which is INR 250. Whereas candidates belonging to General/EWS/OBC categories receive a partial refund of their examination fees, which is INR 400 after deducting the bank charges. Candidates who do not wish to receive the refund in the account should provide the details of the beneficiary account in which they wish to receive the refund such as beneficiary name, account number, name of bank and IFSC Code in the application form.

The application fees for the RRB NTPC exam can be paid online and offline. On completion of the application process, candidates are directed to the payment page to choose payment mode-Bank (Online Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI and Offline Challan) or Post Office Challans as explained in Para 7 and complete the payment process. If there is a failure of online payments, candidates have to make another transaction. For those paying through offline mode, the payment confirmation may take two hours. In case of payment of fee through post office, the payment conformation may vary from 24 hours to 48 hours. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class.

Candidates should submit only one application for RRB NTPC exam. If candidates submit multiple application forms then their applications will be rejected. Candidates are required to apply online for the exam. The process to upload the photograph and signature is given below: Candidates will be automatically directed to the 'Photo and Signature' upload part of the application Select the 'Upload Photo Tab' and upload the colour photograph Select the 'Upload Signature Tab' and upload the scanned signature The photograph and signature should be in the prescribed format.

Candidates can also raise queries, if any, with the RRBs regarding RRB NTPC application form. While writing a query, candidates need to mention their registered email ID. In the case of RRB NTPC application form status failure or any error message, they need to provide the specific error message. Additionally, candidates can provide details including operating systems, internet browsers, and versions.

Aadhaar validation is required to ensure genuineness of candidature and to curb impersonation during exam. RRBs will not share Aadhaar details with any third party or use them for any purpose other than the objectives of RRB NTPC application form. The application form needs to be filled online only. Candidates must submit their applications within the prescribed deadline.

Candidates can give details of any of the following documents, if they do not have Aadhaar:
i. Driving License
ii. Passport
iii. PAN
iv. Voter ID
v. Employee ID (Govt.)
vi. School/College/University (if still studying)
The selected document in online application should be produced during the CBT, DV & ME etc.

The reasons for rejection of the RRB NTPC application form are invalid photograph, wrong date of birth, incorrect details, multiple applications, etc. Candidates should enter the details carefully to avoid any rejection of the application form. Candidates should fill the RRB NTPC application form online only. The application fee for all candidates except the fee concession categories is INR 500 whereas it is INR 250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/ Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/ Economically Backward Class. On submitting the primary details in the RRB NTPC application form, OTPs are sent to the registered mobile number and email. The candidate should retrieve the OTPs from email and mobile and then enter OTPs to proceed with filling up the RRB NTPC application form. On successful OTP activation, registration number is generated and sent on the registered email ID and mobile number.

After creating an account for RRB NTPC exam, candidates must go to the 'home page. Under the 'Apply' tab, select 'Already have an account' from the dropdown menu. Sign in to your account. There are five broad sections: Personal Details, Other Details, Educational Qualification, Upload Profile Documents, Preference and Preview & Submit. After entering personal details, save and proceed to the next section and continue in this manner until candidate reach the last section ‘Preference and Preview & Submit’ where candidate can finally submit the application. Complete the fee payment process. Finally, take a printout of the application containing the registration number.
