SBI PO Prelims Exam Centres 2025
SBI PO prelims exam is conducted in the following cities for the registered candidates. SBI PO exam pattern is such that it comprises 100 objective-type questions and is divided into three sections. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. Candidates 10 times the number of vacancies are selected for the mains exam. The pre-exam training of SBI PO is conducted at the centres prescribed for the prelims exam. The pre-exam training is conducted for SC/ST/Minority candidates, where they are explained the pattern of the test.

- The reporting time of SBI PO is mentioned on the admit card. Candidates must reach as per their reporting times. Late comers will not be allowed to take the exam
 - Candidates need to affix their recent passport-size photograph along with two additional photographs
 - SBI PO prelims admit card will not be collected at the exam venue. However, it will be duly authenticated/stamped by the exam officials. Candidate will need to retain the call letter (along with an authenticated/stamped copy of the ID proof) safely. Candidates called for the mains exam will be required to bring both duly authenticated/stamped original prelims call letter along with the mains call letter and other required documents to the exam centre
 - Candidates must bring stationery such as pencils, ball point pen and eraser
 - Candidates must bring glue for pasting photos and ink stamp pad for affixing left thumb impression

The starting basic is INR 41,960 (with 4 advance increments). Candidates are also eligible for DA, HRA/Lease rental, CCA. SBI PO pay scale is INR 36,000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840. Candidates are selected to the post of Junior Management Grade Scale-I. Selected candidates are required to sign a bond of INR 2 lakh, Candidates are required to serve the bank for a minimum period of three years. The officers will be on probation for two years. The marks obtained in the prelims exam are not counted for the final merit. The prelims exam is only to screen candidates for the Mains exam. SBI PO prelims exam is conducted for 100 marks. The test paper carries questions from English Language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude. The total marks allotted to the prelims exam are 100. The mains exam carries both subjective and objective type questions. Total marks allotted to the mains exam are 250. The Group Exercises and Interview carries 50 marks.
Candidates can choose one SBI PO exam city each for prelims and Mains exams. Candidates are required to enter their preferences of exam cities during application.
