SSC JE Syllabus 2025
The SSC JE exam is divided into two stages - Paper 1 and Paper 2. The SSC JE Paper 1 is an online exam that consists of objective-type questions, while Paper 2 is also an objective exam that consists of 100 objective questions from the specific discipline chosen by candidates The SSC JE syllabus is a broad outline of the whole engineering subject. SSC JE exam is conducted in two modes- i) Computer Based Test and ii) Conventional Mode. The details of these modes have been given below for the candidates:
Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode:
The SSC JE Paper 1 (Objective Type) exam is conducted in CBT mode. Candidates have to answer multiple choice questions using a mouse or a touch screen.
Conventional Paper-Pen Mode:
SSC JE Paper 2 (Convntional Type) exam is conducted in offline pen paper mode. Candidates have to write down answers on the question sheet provided. The mode of Paper 2 also depends upon the specific job profile.
