
UGC NET Exam Analysis 2025: The National Testing Agency conducted the December session exam. It was started on December 31. January 7 was the last day of an exam. It was conducted in two shifts. First shift was from 9 am to 12 pm and second was from 3 pm to 6 pm.
In January 7, shift 1 was conducted for Economics (incl. allied fields), Management, Public Administration, Population Studies, Linguistics, Buddhist/Jaina/Gandhian/Peace Studies, Pali, Ayurveda Biology. UGC NET Exam Pattern 2025
NTA UGC NET Exam Pattern is prescribed by the National Testing Agency. The exam pattern was released along with the December notification. The exam consists of two papers- Paper 1 and Paper 2. The time duration of the exam is 3 hours (180 minutes). Both papers contain objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs). A total of 150 questions are asked in the exam combining paper 1 and paper 2. The exam does not have a negative marking scheme. Candidates are awarded for correct answers but no mark deductions are made for incorrect answers.
