UGC NET June 28 Analysis: The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the UGC NET 2025 June 28 exam in two shifts in Computer-Based Test (CBT) Mode. The NTA NET analysis is important for the candidates who are seeking eligibility for the post of Assistant Professor and/or Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). UGC NET 2025 June 28 Shift 2 Analysis: Students Reactions Out
As per the students' reactions, Shift 2 Paper 1 was Easy to Moderate in overall difficulty level. Questions asked were direct but some questions need conceptual clarity. Overall Good Attempts: 42 to 48 questions out of 50 in Paper 1.
The UGC NET Paper 2 subject specific i.e, Economics, consists of 100 questions worth 2 marks each. The exam will be of 3-hour duration, so there will be no breaks between paper 1 and paper 2. Candidates should cover all significant units of the of the Economics syllabus as mentioned below:

Over all difficulty level of both Paper 1 and Paper 2 in today's Shift 1 is Moderate to Difficult.
As per the students' reactions, Shift 1 Paper 1 was Easy to Moderate in overall difficulty level. Paper 2 was Easy as per some students' and some said it was Easy to Moderate. So, a mis response has been seen. Overall Good Attempts: 42 to 48 questions out of 50 in Paper 1.

Yes, UGC-NET is a mandatory entrance exam for MDSU Ajmer PhD admissions. All candidates who are eligible for MDSU Ajmer PhD course must appear for the UGC-NET as well as participate in the interview round to gain admissions. The selection of candidates will be based on their UGC-NET score.

No, UGC NET is not a mandatory entrance exam for NIT Srinagar PhD admissions. Candidates can also appear in the GATE as well to qualify for admissions to the NIT Srinagar PhD course.
