The UGC NET syllabus is divided into two sections that is Paper 1 and Paper 2. The UGC NET 2025 exam pattern is provided in the official notification by the NTA. It consists of two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2. The duration of the exam is three hours, Both papers consist of objective type multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totaling 150 questions across both papers. Each question weightage is two marks. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
