UGC NET 2026 Exam Analysis (June 25): The National Testing Agency successfully conducted the UGC NET 2026 June 25 Shift 1. Candidates can check the exam analysis for Shift 1 based on students' reactions. It will be useful for the candidates who have to appear for the UGC NET exam and those who are preparing as well. In June 25 Shift 1, subjects for which exam is conducted are English, Chinese, Konkani, Spanish, Kashmiri and in Shift 2, History, Pali, Prakrit, Comparative Literature. The UGC NET 2026 Syllabus consists of two parts: Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 has 50 multiple-choice questions, and Paper 2 has 100 subject-specific questions. As per the students feedback, the UGC NET Shift 1 of June 25 overall difficulty level is Easy to Moderate. DI in todays shift is a bit difficult or complicated as compared to other shifts. It is percentage based.

In Paper 1, total questions asked are 50 and in Paper 2, total questions asked are 100. Questions asked in the form of MCQs. Paper 1 is of 100 marks and Paper 2 is of 200 marks.
