Thapar University offers a two-year MCA course at the postgraduate level in a full-time mode. To be eligible for Thapar University MCA admission, candidates must have a bachelor's degree of a minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognised University with a minimum aggregate of 60% (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate. Thapar University admission to the BTech course is a two-way process, one is entrance-based and another is merit-based.
