Candidates must note that the AILET LLM 2026 Exam pattern was changed last year. The main subjects of AILET LLM 2026 question paper will be as under: Different branches of law (Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, Labour & Industrial Law).

What's new in AILET 2026 LLM syllabus
According to the exam authority, the following changes were made in the question paper of AILET LLM in the year 2023:
- There will be NO MORE TWO sections - Section A and Section B
- There will be 100 MCQs
- The questions will be asked from different branches of law.
- Final AILET Merit Rank - It will be prepared considering the scores of the candidates.
- Tie-breaker - If two or more candidates secure the same marks, then merit rank will be decided considering
- Seniority
- Computerized draw of lots.
