The course-wise AILET Cutoff will be released by the National Law University Delhi. The courses offered through the AILET exam are BA LLB and LLM. The cutoff refers to the minimum marks candidates need to get admission. The AILET 2026 cutoff will be released during the counselling and seat allotment process. The cutoff for the courses through this entrance exam is expected to be between 90 to 110.

Commonly asked questions
No, AILET Entrance Exam cutoff is released separately for the various categories. For instance, the cut-off is available for categories like Open, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PH categories. Note that open category candidates will not be considered for admission under reserved category seats. However, candidates belonging to reserved category will be considered for admission under both open and the reserved category they belong to. To be considered for admission under reserved category, the candidate must furnish the required category certificates. However, any candidate who is found using counterfeit documents can be disqualified at any stage of the admission process.
The results for AILET 2026 will be released in December 2025. After the release of the result, the counselling for AILET will commence for the shortlisted candidates to attend and secure their seats.

AILET: Qualifying Cut Off vs Admission Cut Off 2026
In the AILET Exam 2026, there are two types of AILET Cutoff Marks. NLU Delhi will create the qualifying cut-off and admission cut-off similar to each other. Candidates can check the difference between the two cut-offs below:
