The AILET exam pattern is released by the National Law University Delhi on the website- nationallawuniversitydelhi.in, along with the AILET notification 2026. AILET Tie-Breaking Method 2026
AILET tie braking criteria will be adopted to deal with situations where two or more candidates get the same score:
- If two or more candidates get the same marks at the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET), their merit will be determined based on higher marks in the section on LOGICAL REASONING in the AILET 2026.
- If the merit is still the same, then the candidate senior in age shall get preference. If there is still no change in merit, then a computerized draw of lots shall be taken into consideration.
- If there is no merit change, authorities shall consider computerized lot draws.
