When AILET 2027 registration process start?

AILET 2027 registration is expected to start from August 2027 on the official AILET portal - nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. The exam date for the All India Law Entrance Test will be released with a notification. The AILET 2027 application form will be released for admission to BA LLB and LLM courses.

How many questions are asked in AILET GK & Current Affairs section?

In the AILET GK & Current Affairs section, there are 30 questions are asked. Each question is of 1 mark. So, total marks can be scored from this section.

How many sections are there in AILET exam?

There are three sections in the AILET UG exam- English, GK & Current Affairs, and Legal Reasoning. AILET PG exam includes core law subjects.

Which subject has the maximum weightage in the AILET exam?

The Logical reasoning section carries the maximum weightage; i.e. 50 per cent in the AILET exam. Reasoning is actually a combination of both verbal logic, as well as analytical reasoning. So, one part is full of numbers and data, while the other is made of words and puzzles. Reasoning needs ample practice. Books by MK Pandey and RS Aggarwal will suffice. For Data Interpretation (DI) questions, the trick lies in forming the table. Once this is done, the rest of the questions flow automatically. Hence, the students are advised to prepare this subject carefully and give special attention.

Is there negative marking in AILET Exam?

Candidates must note that the AILET Exam 2027 has negative marking too. The criteria for negative marking will be based on the formula 0.25*4=1 that means per wrong answer 0.25 Marks will be deducted. Therefore, four wrong answers will lead to deduction of 1 Mark. Candidates must be very careful while attempting the questions paper of AILET 2027. Candidates are advised to solve mock tests and previous years' question papers to get hand on things. Candidates must keep track of time while practicing for AILET 2027 exam.

Who releases AILET syllabus?

The AILET Syllabus is published by the NLU Delhi. The syllabus has been announced. Candidates who are preparing for the exam must note that there are no changes made in the syllabus so far. Candidates can check the syllabus by visiting the official website.

Will Section A and Section B in the question paper of AILET LLM, be provided together?

Candidates must note that the AILET LLM 2027 Exam pattern was changed last year. The main subjects of AILET LLM 2027 question paper will be as under: Different branches of law (Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, Law of Contract, Law of Torts, Family Law, Criminal Law, Property Law, Company Law, Public International Law, Tax Law, Environmental Law, Labour & Industrial Law). The AILET 2027 LLM syllabus will have 100 MCQ questions pertaining to different areas of law. There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect attempt.
