AILET Sample Questions

AILET exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 6, 2018. In AILET 2018, aspirants will have to attempt 150 questions in 90 minutes duration.

AILET exam paper consists of questions from subjects such as English, GK, Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.

Going by the trend of previous years’ AILET exam paper, the standard of questions posed in this law entrance exam for admissions in National Law University (NLU), New Delhi is higher than CLAT and LSAT India.

AILET is a paper-pencil mode exam and candidates are advised to practice as many mock tests, sample question papers as well as previous years’ question papers as they can get hold of.

NLU Delhi provides admission to its BA LLB and LLM programme based on the AILET 2026 scores. However, all other NLUs in the country accept CLAT scores for providing admission to their courses. Candidates can sit for both the entrance exams to expand their scope of admission.

The total seats offered in NLU Delhi are-
  • for admission to BA LLB program - 120 seats
  • for LLM ciourse - 81 seats  
The additional seats are also offered for Foreign Nationals and OCI/PIO candidates.
