The TG PGLCET application form 2026 have been released on February 10, 2026 by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The students will have to apply online at the website, lawcet.tsche.ac.in. Candidates who want to apply for the entrance test have to fill out the application form before April 1, 2026.

Q:   Who can apply for the TS PGLCET 2026?
A:

Candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements can apply for the TS PGLCET 2026.

  • Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in law, either a three-year LLB degree or a five-year integrated LLB degree.
  • Appearing in the final year examination is also eligible; they should provide proof of qualification at the time of admission.
Q:   Are non-local candidates eligible for TS PGLCET?
A:

Non-locals or candidates who do not belong to Telangana can apply for TS PGLCET. However, they need to make sure to meet exam eligibility criteria. The criteria are mentioned below: 

TS PGLCET Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
  • Candidates must have completed a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB degree. 
  • Candidates appearing in the final year of their 3-year/5-year LLB degree can also apply for TS PGLCET 2025. These candidates need their final marksheet at the time of TS PGLCET counselling. The minimum marks requirement in the qualifying exam (LLB exam) must be met by them.
Qualifying Marks
  • The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e. 30 marks out of total 120 marks).
  • For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed. 
Age Limit
  • There is no age limit to apply for TS PGLCET.
Q:   What is the mode of TSPGLCET 2026 application fee payment?
A:

Following mode will have to be adopted by the candidates to pay the TS PGLCET 2026 application fee. The application fee will be paid online before filling up the application form. Following modes will have to be adopted for the Telangana PGLCET registration fee payment:

  • Net Banking 
  • Debit Card/ Credit Card
  • TS Online Centres/AP Online Centres

Students have to log in using your registration number, payment reference ID, and date of birth to edit permitted fields, such as academic or personal details.

Steps to Correct the TS PGLCET Application Form:

  • Visit the Official Website, lawcet.tgche.ac.in.
  • Click on the "Correction of Online Application Form" link.
  • Enter your Payment Reference ID, Registration Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.
  • Make changes in the allowed fields (Category-2 data).
  • Verify and submit the corrected details.

TS PGLCET 2026 Application Form Correction: Things to Keep in Mind

Students should keep in mind the following things while making corrections in the TS PGLCET application form:

  • Category 1 cannot be edited online. Data like Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, and Exam Center cannot be changed directly. A written request must be sent to the convener with supporting documents via email to convener.lawcet@tsche.ac.in convener.lawcet@tsche.ac.in.
  • Category 2 (Editable): Academic details, address, and other personal info can be changed.

TS PGLCET 2026: How To Register And Make The Fee Payment 

Candidates can make the payment of the TS PGLCET 2026 application fee before filling the application form through any of the modes mentioned below:

  • Net Banking
  • Debit Card/ Credit Card
  • TS Online Centres/AP Online Centres

Students need to click on the “Application Fee Payment” tab to pay the TSPGLCET 2026 registration fee and a new page will open up for registration. Fill the important details as under:

  • Candidate's name
  • Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number
  • Date of Birth (as per SSC or Equivalent)
  • Mobile Number
  • Alternate Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Stream (PGLCET- Entrance Test for Admission into two year LLM Course)
  • Category (OC/ BC_A/ BC_B/ BC_C/ BC_D/ BC_E/ SC/ ST)
  • Payment Type (Net Banking (SBI/HDFC)/ Net Banking (Others)/ Credit Card/ Debit Card)

Once the details are entered, click on the “Proceed to Payment” tab. The candidates will receive the 'Payment reference number' and 'Transaction ID' once the payment is complete. Keep the payment reference number safe for future references.

Students will get 1 mark each for every correct answer in TS PGLCET 2026. The question paper has two parts. Part A carries 40 marks and Part B weighs for 80 marks. The total marks for the exam is 120.
