TS PGLCET 2026 Application Form: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will release the TG PGLCET application form 2026 on February 10, 2026. The candidates interested in appearing for the Telangana PGLCET 2026 exam will have to apply online at the website, lawcet.tsche.ac.in.

Candidates must apply for the exam before April 1, 2026. Candidates will also be allowed to register for the TSPGLCET exam after the deadline is over, but with a late fee option till May 13, 2026. The APSCHE examination cell will also provide the application correction facility, wherein applicants may check and correct the errors made during the registration of the TS PGLCET 2026 exam.

TS PGLCET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for the TG PGLCET 2026 must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. The TG PGLCET 2026 eligibility criteria have been provided here.

  • Interested applicants should have a 3-year or 5-year LLB degree from a recognised university.
  • Candidates who are in the final year of LLB are also eligible to take the Telangana PGLCET exam if they complete their degree and meet all the university criteria before the counselling process begins.
  • Candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories will be required to have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
  • However, candidates from the SC/ST categories are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum mark requirement, which means they must achieve a minimum of 45%.

Q:   Who can apply for the TS PGLCET 2026?

Candidates who meet the following eligibility requirements can apply for the TS PGLCET 2026.

  • Must be an Indian citizen.
  • Have a bachelor's degree in law, either a three-year LLB degree or a five-year integrated LLB degree.
  • Appearing in the final year examination is also eligible; they should provide proof of qualification at the time of admission.
Q:   Are non-local candidates eligible for TS PGLCET?
A: 

Non-locals or candidates who do not belong to Telangana can apply for TS PGLCET. However, they need to make sure to meet exam eligibility criteria. The criteria are mentioned below:

Qualification
  • Candidates must have completed a 3-year LLB or 5-year LLB degree. 
  • Candidates appearing in the final year of their 3-year/5-year LLB degree can also apply for TS PGLCET 2025. These candidates need their final marksheet at the time of TS PGLCET counselling. The minimum marks requirement in the qualifying exam (LLB exam) must be met by them.
Qualifying Marks
  • The qualifying percentage of marks in the Entrance Test is 25% (i.e. 30 marks out of total 120 marks).
  • For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, no minimum qualifying percentage of marks is prescribed. 
Age Limit
  • There is no age limit to apply for TS PGLCET.

Candidates will be able to apply for the Telangana PGLCET entrance exam through the TGCHE official website - lawcet.tsche.ac.in 

TSPGLCET Registration and Fee Payment  

Candidates will have to pay the TS PGLCET 2026 application fee before filling the application form through any of the modes mentioned below:

  • Net Banking 
  • Debit Card/ Credit Card
  • TS Online Centres/AP Online Centres

Click on the “Application Fee Payment” tab to pay the TSPGLCET 2026 registration fee and a new page will open up for registration. Fill the important details as under:

  • Candidate's name
  • Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number
  • Date of Birth (as per SSC or Equivalent)
  • Mobile Number
  • Alternate Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Stream (PGLCET- Entrance Test for Admission into two year LLM Course)
  • Category (OC/ BC_A/ BC_B/ BC_C/ BC_D/ BC_E/ SC/ ST)
  • Payment Type (Net Banking (SBI/HDFC)/ Net Banking (Others)/ Credit Card/ Debit Card)

Once the detials are entered, click on the “Proceed to Payment” tab. The candidates will receive the 'Payment reference number' and 'Transaction ID' once the payment is complete. Keep the payment reference number safe for future references.
