
TS PGLCET counselling 2026 - The TGCHE will conduct the TS PGLCET 2026 counselling registration at lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in. Candidates who qualify for TS PGLCET 2026 must complete the counselling registration process to be eligible for admission to the LLM courses offered through the exam. The provisional seat allotment list will be shared online at the official website. The selected candidates will then have to report to the allotted college for document verification and seat confirmation.

TS PGLCET 2026 Web-Counselling Process

The counselling process comprises the following steps,
Document Verification
First, the candidates have to visit the allotted counselling centres for certificate verification as per the schedule for their ranks. They should carry the original as well as copies of their certificates (listed below). After the officials have verified the certificates, they will issue a ‘Receipt of Certificate’ to the candidates.

Weboption Exercise
After the document verification process is complete, candidates will be required to exercise the option entry process for choosing the law colleges for admission.
- Candidates need to verify their mobile number, caste category, local area, gender, minority, parental income, special category, date of birth, eligible degree, specialization and other details as printed on receipt of certificates for web-counselling.
- They need to log in using their hall ticket number and rank. The OTP will be sent on the registered number of the candidates for verification.
- Once you login, the candidates will find a list of colleges as per their course
- They have to select the colleges in order of preference using Add, Delete and Modify buttons
Seat Allotment
- The provisional allotment letter based on rank list and preferences will be released by TGCHE
- Report to the allotted college for seat confirmation
- If not accepting the seat then exercise float option and participate in the second round as per the instructions
TS PGLCET Counselling Rules For Each Round
After the first round, following candidates can participate in this counselling round:
- Candidates who have secured a seat in the first round, however, now want to change their allotted college
- Candidates who participated in the phase I counselling, however, could not secure a seat.
- The rank holders who did not participate in the first round even though they have been called for the counselling process.
- The candidates who were allotted a seat but could not or did not report to their allotted colleges.
- The candidates who have cancelled their seat in the phase I allotment round.
Important Instructions for Phase II
- The candidates participating in the second round have to lock their choice of colleges as fresh option entry even if they have participated in phase I of counselling.
- Candidates can select college and courses even if no vacancy is shown, as the vacancy can arise from withdrawal or cancellation by the candidates.
- The candidates who have confirmed their seat allotment in the first round reported to their colleges and are satisfied with their college allotment need not participate in the second round.
- Candidates will lose claim over the seat allotted in phase I if they participate and confirm admission in the second phase of seat allotment.
- To cancel seat allotted in the second phase, candidates have to contact the principal of the allotted college only.
