AILET Cut off 2026 (OUT): Category-wise Cutoff Marks, Opening & Closing Ranks

AILET cutoff has been released by NLU Delhi after the provisional merit list was issued on the official website. The AILET fourth merit list is expected to be released on May 5, 2026. The closing rank for the AILET cutoff for the General category candidates in Round 1 was 60, and in Round 2, it was 70. The AIR 1 ranker secured 142.5 marks in the exam this year. With 25000+ candidates competing for admission to 110 seats, the cutoff generally remains high.
The AILET exam offers admission to the National Law University Delhi in the BA LLB (hons.) and LLM courses. Candidates must note that those who meet the minimum cut-off will get admission to the National Law University, Delhi, for their respective course. AILET: Qualifying Cut Off vs Admission Cut Off 2026
In the AILET Exam 2026, there are two types of AILET Cutoff Marks. NLU Delhi will create the qualifying cut-off and admission cut-off similar to each other. Candidates can check the difference between the two cut-offs below:

AILET Cut-off 2023
NLU Delhi has released the All India Merit Ranks for the BA LLB program. Analyzing the merit ranks, it is pretty clear that the cut-off would be lower this year.
In fact, the AILET 2023 cutoff for the General category will most likely be in the 72.5-73.5 mark range.
