AP ICET 2026 syllabus consists of three sections- Analytical Ability, Mathematical Ability, and Communication Ability. Candidates preparing must completely know the AP ICET syllabus and important section wise topics to prepare for exam. The APICET is conducted for admission to MBA and MCA programs in colleges across Andhra Pradesh, with the syllabus being the same for both courses.

As per the AP ICET 2026 exam pattern, the exam will be conducted for a duration of 150 minutes. Candidates planning to appear for the exam must check the detailed syllabus and exam pattern. The AP ICET 2026 exam will be held tentatively in first week of May in offline mode.

  • Sequences and Series (Analogies of numbers and alphabet, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a:b::c:d relationship, missing number in a sequence or a series)
  • Data Analysis (Data will be given in aTable, Graph, Bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn Diagram or Passage and one need to analyse the questions about the data)
  • Coding and Decoding Problems (A code pattern of English Alphabet will be given. A given word or a group of letters are to be coded or decoded on the basis of given code or codes)
  • Date, Time & Arrangement Problems (Calendar problems, clock problems, blood relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation interpretation.

As per the Andhra Pradesh ICET marking scheme:

  • for every correct answer, the candidate will get one mark.
  • there will be no negative marking for any wrong answer or not attempted questions.
