MAT 2025 admit card for December 2025 PBT is available for download from today onwards. The exam will be held on December 13, 2025. Registered candidates can download the MAT 2025 admit card of their session by using their login credentials. The exam centre and timings will be mentioned in the MAT 2025 admit card. Candidates must note that MAT admit card is a mandatory document to be carried to the test centre on the exam day. MAT admit card for CBT mode exam will be released on December 18. How to Download MAT Exam Admit Card 2025?

MAT 2025 admit card is released online. The process of downloading admit cards of all MAT exam modes is same. Given below is the process to download MAT exam admit card 2025:

  • Visit the official website of MAT 2025: https://mat.aima.in/
  • Click on 'login' tab
  • Enter email ID, date of birth and password
  • Click on 'login' to go to your dashboard
  • Click on the tab indicating admit card
  • MAT 2025 admit card will appear on the screen
  • Download and save it on your desktop

Candidates must carry the print out of their MAT hall ticket to the examination centre as digital copy of the same will not be accepted as valid document. Photocopy of the admit card will also be not considered as a valid document. MAT admit card

Problems in Downloading MAT Admit Card 2025

Candidates usually face problems in downloading their MAT 2025 admit card mainly due to three reasons. Given below are the problems and their solutions:

Documents to Carry on MAT 2025 Exam Day

The identification process at the MAT exam centre will include checking of valid documents with address proof. Along with two copies of the MAT admit card, candidates must carry any one of the identity proofs (in original) mentioned below on the exam day:

  • Candidates who have applied for MAT 2025 under the reserved category must also carry the original copy of their caste certificate.
  • Candidates who got their name changed after filling the MAT application form, should carry a proof of the same.
  • Physically disabled candidates who wish to seek scribe assistance must carry a medical certificate and scribe certificate.

Q:   Can I change my MAT exam mode after admit card has been released?
A: 

No, the candidate cannot change MAT exam mode after the admit card has been released. The exam mode, test centre and timings mentioned on the MAT admit card will be final and the candidate will have to appear for the test accordingly. Thus, candidates must choose their MAT exam mode in the application form after much deliberation.

Q:   Is digital copy of MAT admit card accepted at the exam centre?
A: 
No. The digital copy will not be accepted under any circumstances. Only the original print out of MAT admit card in A4 size sheet is accepted as valid proof at the exam centre. It is so because the MAT admit card is to be signed by the candidate and invigilator and stamped by the authorities as a proof of candidate's appearance in the exam on the given date and session. One of the signed copy of the MAT admit card is also to be submitted at the test centre. It is not possible to sign and stamp a digital copy of the admit card thus it is not accepted at the MAT exam centre. The candidate must carry two copies of the original print out of the MAT admit card. Both copies must be in color. Candidates should also carry their recent passport size photo for MAT CBT and PBT both. The photo should preferably be same as uploaded in the MAT application form.

MAT Exam 2025: Guidelines to Follow

MAT CBT and PBT will be conducted at designated exam centres. Every test taker has to follow some rules mentioned below at the MAT exam centre. Given below are some of the key guidelines to follow on the MAT exam day:

  1. The candidate must carry two print outs of MAT 2025 admit card in A4 size sheet. Digital copy of the admit card will not be accepted.
  2. They must also carry two copies of their passport size photograph. Preferably the same as uploaded in the application form.
  3. A valid photo ID will also be checked at the examination centre. This is done to ensure identity of the candidate and is mandatory.
  4. The exam centre staff will guide candidates to their respective rooms after scanning the bar code printed on the MAT admit card 2025.
  5. Candidates must not carry phones, earphones/hands-free, calculators, jewellery, watches and any other electronic device.
  6. Candidates must not carry bags and valuables to the MAT test centre. There will be no provision of depositing bags.
  7. Candidates are required to reach their MAT exam centre by the reporting time printed on their admit cards to gain timely entry.
  8. Candidates reaching the test centre after gates have been closed, will not be allowed to enter. 
  9. They will not be allowed to appear for the exam in any other session with the same admit card.
  10. Candidates will be permitted to carry only the following items inside the test centre:
    • Test related documents (MAT Admit Card, original ID card, etc).
    • A simple transparent Ball Point Pen (Blue/ Black)
  11. Candidates should cooperate with the MAT test centre staff during document identification and frisking.
  12. They should not argue or disobey the staff's instruction during the exam.

MAT admit card is issued to every candidate who has filled the form correctly and paid the fee before the last date. The admit card is made available in the student login from the day of release until the exam day. Candidates can login and check their admit card on the day it is released for their MAT exam session.

Q:   Do I need to fill separate forms for multiple MAT attempts?
A: 

For every MAT attempt in different phases you need to fill a separate form. However, if you are planning to go for more than one attempt in the same exam phase, they you can apply for a combination of two exam session.

Candidate can take MAT in the following modes and combinations:

  • Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT) or
  • Double Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (IBT) or
  • Paper Based Test (PBT) or
  • Paper Based Test and Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (PBT+IBT) or
  • Computer Based Test (CBT) or
  • Computer Based Test and Remote Proctored Internet Based Test (CBT+IBT) or
  • Paper Based Test and Computer Based Test (PBT+CBT) 

 The MAT application form will be common and candidates will have to only mention their exam modes in it.

Q:   Can I use one admit card for multiple MAT sessions?
A: 

No. For every MAT session a specific admit card is issued, which has the mention of date, time and slot of the exam. Candidate cannot us the same MAT admit card for multiple sessions.

Q:   Is admit card issued for MAT IBT?
A: 
Yes, for every MAT IBT session the admit card is issued to candidates. Candidates have to download the MAT IBT admit card for their session from the AIMA MAT admit card. The process to download the MAT IBT admit card is the same as CBT or PBT. One needs to login with their application number and password and download the MAT IBT admit card from the AIMA MAT website. The MAT IBT admit card will be checked before the exam session is started in remote proctored mode. Candidates will have to present their admit cards for verification online to the AI and human proctor who will be invigilating the exam session. Once the admit card and photo ID have been validated, candidates will get the approval of taking the exam. If they do not present their admit card, they won't be allowed to appear in the exam.
