Fellowship Entrance Test (FET) 2024: Result (Out), Score Card, Exam Date, Counselling

FET 2024 exam was held on February 23, 2025. Candidates have to register online and submit application form for FET exam. The last date to submit FET 2024 application form was January 16, 2025. FET application process comprises registration, filling personal and academic details in the application form, uploading documents, paying exam fee etc. 

FET 2024 exam was conducted in computer-based mode on February 23, 2025. The question paper comprised 100 questions and candidates were given 105 minutes to answer them. All the questions were multiple choice type. Negative marking was not there in the exam. NBE has released detailed FET 2024 exam pattern along with the information brochure on the official website.

Aspirants will have to apply online for FET exam. The application form is released on the official website. Candidates will have to register first and fill details in the application form. Paying exam fee is cumpulsory to submit application form for FET. The whole application process for FET has been explained below:

• Fill the registration form and create a user Id and password

• Fill all the details in the application form
• Uploading the photograph and signature
• Choose the preferred test city
• Submission of Fees
• Print the filled application form with transaction Id printed on it

Students must possess a postgraduate medical degree (MD/ MS/ DM/ MCh/ DNB) in relevant specialty from a recognised institute. Those who complete postgraduate degree qualification on or before cut off deadline will be eligible for FET 2025. Candidates must note there is no upper or lower age limit for candidates applying for FET 2025. He/ she must possess a permanent registration certificate from Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

Yes. NBE has released FET 2024 application form online. Registration and other crucial dates have been released along with the official information brochure. Candidates will have to register online to submit FET 2024 application form. The last adte to submit FET 2024 application form was January 16, 2025. It must be noted offline or any mode of application will not be accepted for FET 2024. As part of registration, candidates will have to provide basic details such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID etc. A login credential will be generated after successful registration. 

No. FET result includes the roll number of those candidates who had appear for the examination. NBE, the exam conducting body uploads the result online.  It must be noted FET result PDF will be uploaded separately for each speciality.

NBE announced FET 2024 results on March 21, 2025. The results was uploaded online for each specialty. Candidates have to download the scorecard with login credentials. The result PDF comprised details such as application number, marks scored out of 400, merit postion.

The merit shall be generated strictly on the basis of marks obtained by the student and application of the prescribed tie breaking criteria. A merit based counselling will be held for FET seat allotment. 

No. FET 2025 result will not valid for next year. It is valid for that particular session only. NBE, the exam conducting body will announce result for FET 2025 online. The result will be uploaded separately for each speciality. Candidates who will score the minimum cut off will be declared qualified for the exam.
