The Rajasthan University of Health Science releases the Common Undergraduate Entrance Test(CUET) information bulletin in April every year. With the release of the information bulletin, the RUHS CUET applications also start online. The candidates seeking admission to the pharmacy and nursing courses in the participating universities/institutions need to apply through the common RUHS CUET application form. The exam conducting authority also provides the application correction facility. The university conducted the RUHS CUET 2026 on May 21 and its result was released on June 2.
This year, the RUHS applications were started on April 1, 2026 and the last date to fill the form was April 28, 2026.Â

Documents Required while filling RUHS CUET Application Form
The candidates should arrange the following documents before filling the RUHS 2026 applications so that they can fill the application form in one sitting and do not run for documents in between. The list of documents is given below:
- Date of Birth Certificate: 10th class mark sheet/certificate Â
- Mark sheet of 10+2 (senior school certificate examination) or its equivalent
- Domicile certificate of Rajasthan state, if applicable
- Copy of photo ID (Driving Licence / PAN card / Voter ID / Govt. or PSU card / School ID card / 12th class examination admit card / Aadhar card)
- Transaction document/payment proof (after payment is done)
- 4 Passport-size photo, same as affixed on the RUHS Pharmacy 2026 application form and also as uploaded
- (Caste certificate, sub-category certificate, PwD certificate, EWS certificate, Migration certificate) if applicable
- Any other relevant certificate(s)

RUHS 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Instruction to Fill RUHS CUET Application Form
The candidates should note that the following instructions by the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences on its official website:
- Use a Stable internet connection before starting to fill the application form.
- Use your personal mobile number and email id to get all the communication from the RUHS.
- Do not use Shri, Smt, Miss, Mrs, Ms Dr, Ku, Kumari, Late as prefix of Name, Motherâs Name and Fatherâs Name.Â
- The size of the photograph shouldnât exceed 350 KB and that of scanned copy of the signature shouldnât exceed 350 KB.
- Passport-size photo dimensions should be 3.5 cm by 4.5 cm with 300 DPI.
- Signature size should be 3.5 cm by 1.5 cm with 300 DPI.

How to Fill the RUHS CUET Application Form?
The University has released a new portal for the RUHS 2026 application process. The candidates can apply online for the exam in the manner given below:
RUHS 2026 Application Form Part 1
In the first part, the candidates will be required to fill the following details.
- Go to the official website -Â https://ruhscuet2026.com/
- Click in the CET 2026 Application link,
- Press the "Fill the Form" button, a new window will open stating the instructions to fill the application form, press the next button given at the bottom
- Choose the Exam District- Jaipur.
- Fill the Personal Details -Â Enter other personal details such as fatherâs name, motherâs name, present address, STD code and residence phone number (optional), mobile number and e-mail ID and permanent address of residence.
- Minority Status (as shown in the picture below)
- Communication Adress
- Select whether already passed the Senior Secondary Exam or are appearing in it
- Fill the details of Marks secured in Class X and XII
- Press Next Button
- Upload the scanned image of the photograph and signature
- RUHS Pharmacy 2026 application form is available on the website of RUHSÂ
- Click on the Fill Application Part 1 button. Students are then required to enter their name (same as in official records like SSC/SSLC/ Class X mark sheet).
- Students with a PwD certificate are required to select the Additional Category

The RUHS Syllabus consists of Class 12 topics. Focus on the usage of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and simple English. Go through the NCERT chapters, definitions, diagrams, and fundamental laws. Revise formulas and reactions, and practice questions from each chapter.

RUHS CUET Application Form Correction
The candidates got the RUHS application correction facility from April 29 and it was available till May 1, 2026.Â

The Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur will conduct RUHS Pharmacy exam. It will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. There will be 50 questions for Physics subjects and same 50 for Chemistry subject from which questions will be asked in the RUHS Pharmacy entrance exam. In totality the exam will be conducted for a total of 100 marks.
RUHS has not specified any domicile-based admission to the undergraduate courses. Entry to UG level courses is open to all. However, preference is given to candidates belonging to the state of Rajasthan at the time of admission.
