Running from March 3 to March 14, 2025, the campaign offers limited-time enrolment benefits for women professionals aspiring to step into leadership roles. IIMK has collaborated with Emeritus to provide a transformative learning experience that will help close the gender gap in leadership across industries.

The Women Leadership Programme is designed for mid to senior-level women professionals, focusing on enhancing leadership skills and executive presence. IIM Kozhikode offers a two-year Executive Post Graduate Programme in Executive Management (EPGP), which is also popular as E-MBA. Candidates with some experience can gain a lot of benefits by pursuing MBA from IIM Kozhikode. It is one of the top Management institutes of the country. Along with the experienced faculty, candidates also get great exposure by studying in an IIM. For the Management category courses, IIM Kozhikode has been ranked on number 3 under the top 100 colleges of Managemen in India by NIRF.
