Do not rely on campus for internships if you are planning to join MAIT. Students from branches like VLSI and ECE says that internships generally require students to put in their own efforts and on-campus internships are almost zero and students have to find internships on their own.

GGSIPU BTech Admission 2026
GGSIPU Delhi offers BTech in various specialisations, including CSE, IT, etc. Entrance exams accepted for admission to BTech are JEE Main, IPU CET, etc. The eligibility criteria to pursue this course is a minimum of 55% marks in Class 12 with PCM or PCB for Biotechnology. Most of the GGSIPU course admissions are based on entrance test scores. GGSIPU usually don't provide any scope of direct admission to the students. Students must clear the entrance examinations to get admission to the available programmes.
For BSc admission at GGSIPU, the minimum eligibility criteria are to pass Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (45 % in case of SC/ST categories).

GGSIPU provides scholarships to students based on their academic performance and financial condition. Students can apply for GGSIPU scholarships such as the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Scheme, Merit-cum-Means Linked Financial Assistance Scheme and Hana Scholarship. Kotak Kanya Scholarship: This is for girl students who belong to the underprivileged section of society and want to pursue graduation. For this, they need 75% or equivalent in Class 12. GSGIPU has a lot of sports amenities and resources. Both men and women can select any kind of game and sport, such as cricket, volleyball, football, basketball, powerlifting, body lifting, table tennis, yoga, arm wrestling, bodybuilding, badminton, lawn tennis, etc. The facilities of the GGSIPU have a number of playgrounds where students can enjoy and have fun during their free time. Basketball and football grounds are available, where students can play either a match or have fun. It has a volleyball court as well. It has 12 technical clubs and 12 cultural clubs to cater to the interest of the students.
GGSIPU Delhi has separate hostels for both boys and girls. There are two hostels for boys and two for girls on campus. The hostel charges are INR 35,000 per annum.

Admission to BA LLB (Hons) course at GGSIPU is based on marks scored in CLAT or CUET exams. Without the scores of any of these entrance exams, admission is not possible.

85% of seats are reserved for Delhi region students at GGSIPU Delhi. 15% of the total seats are available for non-Delhi students. Seats are also reserved for SC/ ST/ OBC and other minorities.
